I did not get what I asked for at all. I trued this place out maybe 3 times and all 3 times I was not happy with the finished product. Getting your eyebrows done there is a joke as well. I went home with half of my eyebrow taken off and still had today. Same thing with todays service. And when I complained the young girl with the messed up teeth was upset. A paying customer should have an opportunity to say something if need be. Quyen did an amazing job on my lashes. She was very detailed and understood how I wanted my lashes. She also made it a very comfortable space. I had the BEST experience at Sue Anns Pro Nails today. This was my first time ever visiting and Im so happy that I was able to get an appointment the same day. The salon is super clean with glass barriers protecting each I had the BEST experience at Sue Anns Pro Nails today. This was my first time ever visiting and Im so happy that I was able to get an appointment the same day. The salon is super clean with glass barriers protecting each client/nail technician. My technician is AMAZING! So patient, professional, and sweet. She took her time with my nails and it was honestly the best gel manicure Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot). Since it was my first time at Sue Anns Pro Nails, she explained their entire gel process and really took her time to perfectly shape/coat my nails.\nI highly recommend this place! more ... less ...

I came in for an acrylic fill. I’m not sure what his name is but I’m pretty sure he’s the only male that works there. He was the one who attended me and everything was fine when it started. I looked at my nails after he was done filing them and some nails were wayyyyy too crooked at the edges. I asked him to fix them and he GRUNTED and was be VERY AGGRESSIVE with my nails and hands. He then sent me over to Tina who fixed my nails without me having to tell her. She did way better than he did. I won’t be coming back to this place. more ... less ...

Visited the shop for the first time today, and I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Micki. The shop was organized and clean, the chairs were comfy, and the there were plenty of nail colors to choose from. Sula was my tech, and after showing her what I wanted, she suggested I try dip powder. I was a little apprehensive during the service, but trusted the process. Im glad I did because the end result turned out to be amazing. Micki was also kind enough to drop by my station throughout to check in and offer me water, and you dont often find that level of service in nail shops. I will definitely be back. more ... less ...
