Really need better attention paid to cleaning in the Food Court. Less than 15 minutes after mall opening we ordered food. Trying to find a clean table was a challenge. Trying to find a clean table was a challenge. The first six tall tables we tried were unclean. Crumbs, smears etc. I’m sure they weren’t all dirtied in the few minutes they had been open. I know budgets are being cut everywhere these days, but cleaning should not be something they choose to take shortcuts with, especially these days. As someone who works in both the cosmetology and customer service industry I understand wanting to work fast and the need to get people in and out in a reasonable time. However speed should never affect quality. However speed should never affect quality. My appointment felt very rushed and the quality just wasn’t there. I specifically asked before the service to push my cuticles back as not only does that help acrylic nails with lifting but also doesn’t make them appear grown out as quickly yet they didn’t even though I specifically asked. To me this is a vital step in nail prep and the state would agree as well. Application was very messy. Edges weren’t clean and acrylic beads were often too wet causing the acrylic to ooze and stick my nails to my skin. Polish was not flush to edges. Overall messy job. I doubt these will last long as the application simply was not done properly. more ... less ...

Ive been to this place twice. The first service I had was with Elaine and she was okay though the gentleman that did my pedicure did an awful job. I had requested he clean around my nail and he did not do so. The massage Ive been to this place twice. The massage was less than a minute. I would not recommend going to this salon again. Additionally I tried to schedule an appointment for my 80 year old mother and was told they do not take clients above 75 years old. The service my mom needed was manicure and remove polish from toes and polish which I would have accompanied her the entire time. I requested no need to soak her feet in the foot tub. I was told they could not accommodate this request because of her age. This is age discrimination!!!!! more ... less ...

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner/manager is very angry and has no clue what it is to be welcoming and polite and leave her personal problems at home, I feel as if they hate their customer I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. God forbid you tell the person that’s doing your nails you need something corrected or you don’t like something “ blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah“ and yanking on my poor finger starts again as if I and everyone else doesn’t realize that I am being talked about!!!! Enough……going to get a full set at a European place was the best thing that ever happened to me, everything is perfect and a pedicure at a European salon is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, my toenails looked perfect and I got treated with respect, the girls there like their job they have actual degrees, not like these places! more ... less ...

Friendly and courteous great products. I had very nice hair cuts hair treatments that have restored luster to my dried up hair. They have knowledge of how to deal with thinning hair.
