Find best hair and nail salon in Wheeling , IL

Ive had two of their nail techs, one for a pedicure and one for a manicure. Super professional and friendly. Nails looked great both times. Will definitely keep coming back.

Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly service. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to service me last minute. The staff was friendly and polite. The customer service was great, very nice technicians but my manicure was not superior. I wanted French tips with squared nails and my nails were all filed unevenly and round. I will be back for a pedicure because I was treated nicely and I’m hoping if I communicate better, I will get a better outcome.\nUpdate: I got my pedicure and emphasized my concerns that I had with my manicure (I want even, square nails) and my nails still came out rounded on my toes. The service was amazing and the technician who did my pedicure was very nice and took her time but in the end I was still left with something different than what I asked for. I would never go to this place again. First of all, when taking off my old set she was drilling too much and burning my nails. While filing she was hurting me and when I made it clear that I was in pain she didn’t e I would never go to this place again. First of all, when taking off my old set she was drilling too much and burning my nails. While filing she was hurting me and when I made it clear that I was in pain she didn’t even apologize. Not once. My nails are all different lengths And they’re all bumpy. They’re also all different shapes of course. I asked for no chip gel and she ended up doing acrylic dip?? Which caused my nails to come up to $68. She also filed more after finishing the dip, so the side of every single nail has nothing on it. She also ended up leaving some cuts on my fingers from her filing. If negative stars were possible that 100% is what I would be giving right now.
