William is literally the best !! He started working here not that long ago and after a bad experience with the lady that replaced Henry i was a little iffy about coming back here but i did and the week William started i William is literally the best !! He started working here not that long ago and after a bad experience with the lady that replaced Henry i was a little iffy about coming back here but i did and the week William started i got him and my nails were so perfectly done! They lasted me a month with no problems! So straight, so pretty and such good customer service! I had to come back to him and i will continue to do so! I went in wanting layers/trim and I walked out with a hair cut I could have given myself. I didn’t have any layers and it was like the lady just cut my hair straight across. (Bobbie) She also didn’t ask me any questions abt how I care and maintain my hair on a daily or what I do to it, not only that but since my hair is very long she used a round brush to dry it and pretty much yanked out most of my hair trying to unroll it, I’ve been to other places and they understand that w long wet hair you have to be gentle so you don’t rip it out. At one point I asked to brush my own hair bc I couldn’t stand seeing my hair being ripped out and the breakage that was happening. Not being mean at all but I definitely do think she needs to go back to school and take a couple classes to refresh her skills. more ... less ...
