First we waited for 2 hours before being seen. That part not really their fault as its prom season. But we had a group of 5 all getting acrylics.. But the big deal was, the man that works there kept seating people who came in after us before our group. Then when we finally only had 1 person left he took off her acrylics and refused to put new ones on for her. Told her she was to young and he was about to be closing. We were there for 3 and half hours total. Made my niece cry. Then had the audacity to tell her to stop crying atleast shes getting something done. Not to mention this is my 4th time here and everytime I go the price changes for the same thing. How does that make sense.. Wont be returning.. more ... less ...

I was a walk in customer. I was welcomed as a regular. Taken back for a pedi on arrival. They were very busy so I was surprised my wait for a mani was only 20 mins. Been going there since it opened. Missy cut my hair for years before that and Kelly had done my nails since she started. The shop is always clean and well decorated. The ladies are cheerful and friendly.
