I went to go get my nails done by a girl named Amy. She was being very harsh and looking at her phone a lot and she ended up cutting my finger open with the nail filer, and almost every single cuticle is bleeding. It hurt so bad to the point where i was almost in tears. My nail beds are destroyed. Also pricing was not posted anywhere in the store. Coffin and Oval shaped nails are $10 extra, and length and designs are extra. I thought that was pretty expensive. My nails ended up looking good, but my fingers are in a lot of pain. I have been looking for a permanent salon close to home and I have found it! I called at 11:45 on a saturday and they got me in at 12:15. Wife and I visited today (walk-in). Couple technicians sitting around when we walked in. Claimed they had someone with an appointment (without looking at their appointment book), did not offer to book us for another time Wife and I visited today (walk-in). Had a great experience getting my girls full sets & a fill in for me this afternoon celebrating a 15th birthday. We were welcomed immediately, responded yes we can help. Only 2 people working Rosie & Phillip.\n\nThe only thing that I can think of is the price was displayed $25 for full set but we all got gels, mine was a fill in do the total was $140, wasn’t expecting that but hey they did a good job so it was worth it. They explained it was $50 for full set with gel...\n\nGood customer service goes a long way and will have a repeat visit.
