Went there for a date night. Wasnt sure I was in the right place but they have a guy at the door telling you where to go. I didnt think it would be as big as it was. They did not skimp on the liquor at all. I can usually throwback some liquor but this was a sipping drink. My date had the hanky panky and I forget the name of the other one. But he liked them both. Will definitely be back to try out other drinks. I wish I would have remembered our server. She was nice and offered her opinions on what to get and checked on us to ask what we thought. Cheyenne was absolutely amazing!! First off her vibes and personality is on point. She definitely cares about her clients and it shows. I told Cheyenne exactly what I wanted and she did just that. I also got a deep conditioning treatment and let me just say....I could see and feel a huge difference in my hair immediately. Ive been seeing Hether for my hair for the last few years; she works hard to make sure were on the same page for what I want at each appointment, and she provides photos and recommendations when Im uncertain which helps me so much.\n\nThe atmosphere is calm and upbeat, the products are high-quality and reasonably priced, and the services always leave me feeling happy and comfortable. They also have a nice beverage selection and cozy massage chairs for when youre waiting for your hair to process, which really help me unwind from the day. I had my worst experience at a salon EVER at the Beauty Lounge and would not recommend it to anyone. I made an appointment to get my hair shampooed and braided - a service Joey stated unequivocally that they offer and had experience with. When I arrived, however, the stylist was very rude and reluctant and informed me directly that she does not braid hair due to hand arthritis. She had another stylist step in, but that stylist had a customer waiting, so she was very inconvenienced and spent maybe 5 minutes on my hair. The shampoo never happened. My presence was a total imposition for everyone - I felt so uncomfortable - but it wasn’t my fault! I’d had an appointment! I should never have been in such an awkward position and the braid looked awful - was it really braided even? When I made the appointment, I had been quoted a price range. Give the poor service, lack of shampoo, and general discomfort if the experience, I was very surprised when they charged me more than the absolute lowest price in that range, as if the time, energy, and attention they put into my appointment was something more than the absolute bare minimum. I paid as Joey tried to sell me some products and I gritted my teeth until finally I was out of that nightmare. In the end, I requested (and was given) a refund, but the awfulness lingers. The entire staff here are super nice and very helpful. The hygienists are very thorough, transparent, and help you understand what is going on. Dr. Helton is great and does a great job as well. I went to get my hair highlighted here because this establishment came highly recommended. I asked for simple blonde highlights. I asked for simple blonde highlights. The stylist pushed me to have “balayage.” I begged her not to go over my already blonde hair with bleach. Unfortunately, she did anyway. My long, blonde hair broke in many places and left me with splotchy tufts of hair all around my face frame. I also left the salon looking like a cheap peroxide bottle blonde with all of over, bleach blonde color. The absolute opposite of the subtle, blonde look of highlights I had requested. The stylist tried to pressure me into having my hair toned, insisting that would fix it. But at that point, the trust I had in my stylist had been broke. Also, how would toning my hair fix the breakage, or how would it break up the bright white blonde that was now throughout out my hair? I left in tears. I came back for low lights, which helped a bit, but of course did not solve the disastrous breakage. When I spoke with the owner several months later about this, she took no responsibility for any aspect of the flaws in my service—perhaps because the stylist was the owners daughter. I have been going to Clay Nails for years and was excited to take my mom there while I am home for the Holidays. I called to make an appointment and for 6:45 to give enough time to the posted 8pm closing time listed. I called to make an appointment and for 6:45 to give enough time to the posted 8pm closing time listed. However, I have NEVER been more disapointed with a service in my life. I arrived at 6:30 and my pedicure AND manicure were completed by 7:15! The staff was more concerned about going home and their VENMO tips than making sure they provided quality results. A huge bummer for a place I use to love going to. I hope Clay Nails can turn it around so this does not happen to other customers. Also, if the shop closes at 7 change the business hours on google or do no accept appointments after 6pm. more ... less ...

(My friend has more than one last name) When trying to sign her legal name the employee told her she was not \"Entitled\" to use her legal name as THEY didnt prepare the forms to match her ID. This establishment doesnt have the right staff to know how to speak to the people who come to them or the proper work ethic to try to resolve the problem in another manner. When it came to requesting certain documents from my friend they had little to No knowledge as to why the documents were needed and what to do if they were not available. I had to do my own research and bring it to their attention why what they were requesting wasnt proper for the persons situation. Never ever come here if you arent theyre \"perfect customer\" if you are a foreigner stay away as discrimination here shows from the first time you walk in. Called today and was treated very rude. Obviously they are not interested in new customers. Had to put one star so I could write a review or I would have made it a negative.

Spoke to the manager Amy about an employee that was sick. There was nothing wrong with the service that we got from the bartender Paige. She was amazing. She also stated the every employee washes their hands after everything they touch. Which is impossible in the restaurant business. She proceeded to tell me that she cant talk about her employees being sick because it violates HIPPA. But also said she took the bartenders temperature 3 times and she just has allergies.
