I will not negate from the fact that I was greeted when I initially entered the business. My issue is that I sat in the lobby waiting area for over 35 minutes waiting to be serviced. My issue is that I sat in the lobby waiting area for over 35 minutes waiting to be serviced. No one ever said anything to me beyond choose your color. Several people walked in after me and where serviced immediately (appointments I’m sure…but still). Even when I decided to leave no one ever said oh you’ll be serviced next or in this amount time ( I’m from out of town and that’s what I’m used to). I would not recommend getting your nails done here if you don’t have at least 1.5-2 hours of time to spare. Honestly I’ve been in Indiana for over a month now and have not found a decent nail tech, lash tech, or hair stylist. Guess I’ll have to keep flying home periodically to keep up with my beauty maintenance….. more ... less ...

Family owned business, they are so friendly and do such a wonderful job. I highly recommend!

Wendy is awesome! She helped me out when my 5 year old decided to cut her own hair! My daughter looks great, and she was able to keep some length to it!

The mail service was satisfactory, but soon after using my debit card there it was compromised. There were no other recent transactions before the fraud. Please be cautious.

First time ever coming here. My nail tech did an amazing job, my nails look great. But this place is crooked. I was sitting up front. I was sitting up front. One lady gets done and the tech checking her out tells her their credit card machine is broken so she has to pay cash. Right away Im annoyed because there were no signs saying cash only, nothing was said when I walked in. They have one of those ATMs like gas stations have. The lady gets her money from the ATM pays and leaves. Then a little old lady comes up. They tell her the same thing. She cant remember her pin so shes struggling to get money out of the ATM. The lady is on the phone with her husband, trying to figure out her password. Im almost done and decided if she hasnt figured it out I was just going to pay for her. But guess what, remember the credit card machine that was broken...well it magically started working. So my turn to pay my nail tech wants me to pay cash and points to the ATM. I refuse, I told her I just saw the credit card machine work and Im not paying a fee to use the ATM. She tells me to next time bring cash. I informed her I would not be back. That is so wrong to make your clients pay to use the ATM so you can get a kickback from the company. So beware of this place. Its sad my nails really do look good. more ... less ...
