Wow....I had an appointment at 9:15 am to get my nails done for my wedding. Imagine my confusion when I get there and they arent open. They arent even there. We waited for a bit and watched as 2 other cars showed up only to have to leave because the workers werent there. Finally close to 9:20 am, they arrive (they were supposed to open at 9). What got me was that they were laughing and acting all smug as they casually unlocked the doors to go in. I already had a gut feeling about this place before going and after I saw their careless attitudes today, I immediately left. They had the audacity to text me saying I never showed for my appointment when I in fact DID. I was there before they were. I took my business elsewhere. I went to Lams nail salon in Lafayette, and let me tell you, BEST DECISION EVER!! They did absolutely amazing on my nails. She was determined that I got the look I wanted for my wedding day. So, if youre a first timer, dont even CONSIDER this unprofessional place. My money was well spent somewhere that appreciated it.
