NEVER AGAIN!!! I stopped at this salon for the first time ever today. Once I chose my nude color, the woman told me “it’s too light, pick something else”. She continued on, and then questioned the length t NEVER AGAIN!!! I stopped at this salon for the first time ever today. Once I chose my nude color, the woman told me “it’s too light, pick something else”. She continued on, and then questioned the length that I wanted. While throwing WAY too many layers of product on and around my nails, she tells me she can do my eyebrows because mine are “no good”. Then, she told me about when she calls her parents they ask her why her face is so round, she giggled and said “you know, like yours”!!! After coming home, cleaning out the cut she gave me, filing the product off the sides of my nails, and making them all the same length and shape I am mad that I paid for this terrible set of nails. The best part??? She gave me her business card and told me to make an appointment next time!!!! She will have a better chance of finding ice in Hell than ever seeing me again. more ... less ...

Alicia in particular has never disappointed me and it is extremely hard for me to put 100% trust in anyone however she has it 1000%!\nI certainly hope the owner is aware of the gem their staff is and treats them above average especially at this time of year and during this pandemic etc.. Went to this establishment for a manicure and pedicure. Several steps were missed during my pedicure. I kindly pointed it out to the employee who then argued with me saying that those steps were done. I then went to th Went to this establishment for a manicure and pedicure. I then went to the male owner and pointed out the missed steps. The male owner told me they would fix it. As I was going to where the male owner told me to I was confronted by the employee that provided the service. She grabbed me by the arm and then persisted to yell at me in front of the entire salon! She was told to leave and did not but the male owner did. And after the male owner left the employee continued to antagonize me after she was already asked to leave. The employee that was sent to fix the issue showed the male owner and other employee what steps were skipped and nothing was said. The male owner made sure to apologize to everybody in the salon but me. And then the male owner proceeded to leave and didn’t even bother asking me if I was alright after this incident. The male owner didn’t even ask me if I was satisfied with my service after the second employee fixed it he just left. After the male owner left the female owner was still there and so was the employee that was asked to leave was still there. Even though she put her hands on me and yelled at me in front of everyone. The employee was still there and nothing was said to her as she continued to come up and antagonize me! I know several people saw this incident. I am very disappointed with the disrespect and embarrassment that I went through! They gave me seven dollars off of my total due to the incident that was never properly handled! more ... less ...

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I had to constantly correct the guy as he was doing my nails. He didn’t cut them how I wanted them so I made sure to get the shape I wanted. After it’s all said and done, I thought they looked fine but the more I looked at them the worse it got. One of the nails is terribly crooked.Then not even by the 2 week mark, they’re getting flimsy and breaking off! So if you go here definitely don’t get the dip powder as it doesn’t last well at all! So I go today to get my prom nails done and the second I sat in the chair I regretted it. My nails where so bad. I’ve never had them that bad before. Then I get a gel pedicure and not even 5 hours later it is peeling off but something was stuck in the polish from my sock because it wasn’t dry all the way. I went to a completely different nail salon to get my nails redone not even 10 mins after. My sister also had to go and get her nails redone because they where so sloppy and terrible. They care more about getting people in and out as fast as possible then the service definitely do not recommend pls save your money wish I did. Between me and my sister we spent $180 all together only to spend more money to get them redone. more ... less ...

She repeatedly cut the sides of my nails with the nail file. Then when putting the polish, remover and such on it , it hurt so bad. I was hoping after all the time and pain it would atleast look decent ... nope.. They dont look good, they are super thin, bubbly , uneven, paint isnt even either. Then I went to pay and the guy told me $50 I said.. for a fill? .. he says yes you had a broken nail.. I said no I didnt.. mind you he never even looked at my nails before. I never had a broken nail, the nail tech agreed that I didnt. So then he says ok $45... yea thats what I pay for a GOOD full set elsewhere. This was the worst first experience at Nail Relections and mine and my sisters last experience as well. more ... less ...

I was in need of a pedicure when I saw the sign for Pure Nails on Smith Valley. The location just opened under new ownership on 4/18/22, so I thought I would give them a try. Im definitely glad that I did. My gal was I was in need of a pedicure when I saw the sign for Pure Nails on Smith Valley. My gal was very thorough in removing dead skin on my toes and paying attention to detail. The owners were super friendly and personable! I will definitely be going back! I think I found my new home for pedicures, no more bouncing around to different locations for me! Thanks ladies! more ... less ...

I realized that the maincure was so pain free because the young man (whose name I dont know because he never spoke to me even though I heard him speak in English to others) never really got the cuticle pushed back and the polish didnt go clear to the cuticle. Same on the pedicure. Lots of cuticle left and polish not clear to the end of the nail on both ends. Never have seen that before. I will give them 4 stars for effort I guess but I am used to chatting a bit with the operator or at least being introduced. I wont go back. $107.00 and change including tip. That is really pricey for a soso job! Need to look closer before I write a review. more ... less ...
