This mom and pop nail salon is great. My daughter and I went here for a manicure and pedicure. Last minute change for my daughter to get acrylics, it was no problem. The husband home makes a sugar scrub that smells good enough to eat ( but dont eat it ). I loved this place and atmosphere. I didnt feel judge and felt like home. I wish there was an option to give no stars. I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute facial on Thursday. I made an appointment for Saturday(5/23/15) at 1pm. When I arrived a lady had just received a facial and was checking I wish there was an option to give no stars. I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute facial on Thursday. I made an appointment for Saturday(5/23/15) at 1pm. When I arrived a lady had just received a facial and was checking out at the front desk. Apparently she had purchased the same groupon I did. She vocalized how bad the service was and the instructor who apparently gave her the facial agreed. The instructor told me that the student that does the facials did not show up today. She admitted that she attempted to do a facial on the lady that was before me and did not do a good job. So there are two problems here 1. I did not receive a call before my appointment alerting me that the student that does the facials did not show up. 2. It is alarming that the instructor of the academy does not know how to do a facial. She let me leave the salon without rescheduling or showing any concern that they had wasted my time and money. The whole experience was so unprofessional and bizarre I will never return. Its a shame too because it is less than 2 minutes from my house. Had they provided the services that they promised me when I purchased the groupon they might have gained a lifelong client. Shame shame shame! more ... less ...

Tina and Ally are great.\nMy overall experience there was very much enjoyable. With that said, Im not sure if the tools were properly cleaned or what but my big toe ended up getting an infection the next day after getting the pedicure.\nNot sure Id go back, maybe Ill request a different person (Didnt have Tina of Ally) to see if outcome is different.\nAlso my best friend and I had the same thing done, only difference was 10$ price. Not sure if something was entered wrong or what. Its also not including my $5 tip. more ... less ...

I loved this little place!!! It was very clean and smelled great. Looked around and they really do keep the place spiffy! You don’t see that a lot in nails shops in the area.\nThe workers were so nice and took time I loved this little place!!! It was very clean and smelled great. I have gone to Trend Designs in Jeffersonville for the last 10-12 years because of two particular employees who have really done a great job, know what I want when I come in (sometimes once every 4-5 months—I’m I have gone to Trend Designs in Jeffersonville for the last 10-12 years because of two particular employees who have really done a great job, know what I want when I come in (sometimes once every 4-5 months—I’m bad about scheduling my cuts), and are extremely personable. I’ve gotten cuts from Tess for a few years now and every time I get exactly what I’m looking for and have a great time catching up. Would recommend Trend Designs and would recommend Tess. I went to this shop today after 2 years. Of course they didnt disappoint. A young lady named Angel had done my nails and another young lady (I didnt catch her name) done my toes. I had not had either one of them befor I went to this shop today after 2 years. Of course they didnt disappoint. A young lady named Angel had done my nails and another young lady (I didnt catch her name) done my toes. I had not had either one of them before, but they were both amazing. They both took their time and did not rush even though it was later in the evening. I love my nails and toes, and so does my husband. And their customer service is superb.
