I really Love this place as soon as I walked in. Everyone was really welcoming and I only had to wait for a couple of minutes, but when I sat down I was seated with this guy and everything seemed fine at first. Then he started doing my nails i asked for an ombre with the heart design on my ring finger. He started shaving my nails and doing my cuticles and he had pulled a large chunk of my cuticle out and I did not notice the blood until I left. It didn’t bother me as much since the drill he used kind of burned me but I’m used to that. I went over to the design table and got my hearts done they were low-key kind of messed up but it didn’t bother me as much because they were still beautiful. I left and I noticed the place where he made me bleed started swelling up and getting really red and irritated. I didn’t think too much of it until today place where are my cuticles or bleeding are really sore, Red, irritated. This doesn’t bother me not much at all but what really does is the unclean equipment. Very dirty tables and nail shavings everywhere. Most of the stuff I would say hasn’t been clean in weeks. I do understand how hard it is to maintain a clean space when having so much customers and people to deal with. But at least once every two weeks because this was just not excusable. but I do really love my nails and how they turned out the staff was really nice and really patient. Not to be rude, I let the woman closest to the entrance know that they could take me off their list. She just glared at me and turned her head ignoring me. Didnt acknowledge that I spoke. I just laughed and my granddaughter, 9 yrs old, said as we walked away, HOW RUDE! Lol. I wont go back. Im giving a three star because I was getting a French manicure with my original nails and the lady cut my thumb cuticle too far and said sorry after I kept looking at it and wiping off the blood. And I had to put antibiotic on it because for 2 days I had an infection in that area. The man that took over my French manicure did a wonderful job on nine of my fingers but on the finger that they cut the white part and the gel they put on top does not even cover the whole nail. I could have gone back to have him fix my nail but Im waiting on it to heal. more ... less ...
