I went there for another relaxing experience. I love this place for its wonderful staff and friendly atmosphere. Loved my service and was able to get a same day appointment for pedicure and gel manicure. Would recommend!

They screwed up my girlfriends hair twice. First she went in to get a balayage. The hair turned out very orange. They still charged us 100 some dollars but said we should come back to fix it. When we went back she made the hair darker when my girlfriend wanted lighter and said they would finish it on our third appointment but would charge us full price again. Also, on the second visit, they didnt even style the hair or blow dry it. My girlfriend came out with wet hair. But more Often more the then I can’t Imagine. So I need and hope everyone need to check it very be carefully before you write to review pls. Honest I try to answer back sometime for someone wrote review . But it’s waste my time. I don’t have much time come here check it. But my clients told couple day ago about review, sometime my fault too. But you can’t make anyone happy same time.. everyone Mistake I’m not perfect but I will learning if they will say something, but having everyone ask yourself before you do? Or just anyone fault and you’re always right? Just think harder before you did pls. I guess everyone old enough to knowledge that. Worth the drive, 30 minutes away. I was nervous because gel polish takes a while to melt off my nails but not with the method she used. It went very smooth and quick. During the wax, eyebrows, lip and chin area, she was so proficient and patient at trying to get every hair. Will definitely return and ask for her!!! Also excellent prices! more ... less ...

Both ladies at Pretty Fingers go above and beyond for their clients. I asked for the picture of the nails by the pool but they gave me something completely different. The guy that was doing my nails today even tell me his name. I hate to leave a bad review but I did not have a good experience. It was my first time at this nail salon and I feel like I was ignored. I was definitely not a priority to them. I was definitely not a priority to them. They seated me and 2 family members and we sat for about 30 minutes before they got to us. I am totally fine with waiting but they ended up finishing my family members pedicures before they even got to me and then it was like they were fighting over who was going to do my toes (I do not have bad feet, I work at a salon myself). Once they finally got to me I thought things were going well until they put the wax and hot towels on my feet. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure disappeared and never came back. Literally nowhere to be found. Finally another lady came over and took of the cold towels, wiped off the dried masque and wax and proceeded to rush through painting my toes. They never finished my pedicure!! I still had dried masque and towel fuzz stuck to my legs! No lotion and didn’t work on my calluses. I got the Luxury pedicure and it was far from luxury. I think I am so upset because I do this for a living too and I would NEVER treat a client like they did. I paid $50 for half a pedicure. more ... less ...
