If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I went to get a pedicure with acrylic big toes and as soon as I sat down the nail tech cut me while cutting my cuticles. First off I went to get a pedicure with acrylic big toes and as soon as I sat down the nail tech cut me while cutting my cuticles. She cut me so deep that she couldn’t get the bleeding to stop then proceeded to do my nails without gloves on while the bleeding continued. Then she wasn’t able to apply the acrylic so another lady had to do my big toes. I waited about 30 minutes for a lady to come do my toes just for her to apply the acrylic and not file them down. So she then goes to polish my big toes and I asked her to square them because she did not file them. She gets up and starts someone else’s toes. So now another 15 minutes go by and a nail tech finally comes to finish my toes. While she’s finishing my big toe she opens the cut back up and I begin bleeding again. She then does a great job at finishing but the rest of the experience was terrible. Then only took off 5 dollars for the inconvenience. more ... less ...

I took my husband to get a foot massage and pedicure to Cali’s Nails for his birthday and this visit was not pleasant at all. I purchased the Milk and Honey Foot Pedicure for $50. I purchased the Milk and Honey Foot Pedicure for $50. My husband came back to the car disgruntled and I asked why? He pulled his shoes off and showed how the nail tech did such an unprofessional job on his feet! I went back in to speak with “T” (the owner of the nail shop) and he stated how the tech was done. I explained to him that his cuticles aren’t even done and he has old skin hanging from the side of his toes! His nails aren’t polished with a clear coat and for $50, I would at least think he’ll have oil or lotion applied to his feet and legs. I kindly asked if this could be fixed? “T” reached in his drawer, handed me $20 and said don’t ever come back again! I patronized his business for 6 months moving to this area from Chicago and referred three new clientele customers to his business. It’s a shame that I asked if this could be fixed and his resolution was to tell us to never come back. We weren’t disrespectful, irate or out of order and this was the FINAL resolution on how he (the owner) handled this! Every time I found there I have had amazing service. I love their work it lasts most places you go to if it lasts a week youre lucky this will last 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend them.

Nail Trix is a great name for this establishment, because the service was a joke! When I 1st came in, I was asked what services I wanted and I told the woman that I wanted a gel fill in and a pedicure. I waited for over an hour and I guess by this time because it was getting late, she no longer wanted to provide both services to me. She found several reasons to only do my manicure and repeatedly tried to encourage me to come another day. I told her that I definitely did not want to do that. She then made excuses that her back hurt, she was tired, and that they were close to closing. When I insisted that this was unfair and I wanted the services because I had already waited so long and been told I would be able to receive these services when I first arrived. I then got a lot of attitude and unprofessionalism. In addition, when an older customer had questions about her wait time, the staff rolled her eyes and talked about the elderly woman to me. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never spend my money here again. When I finally got my pedicure it was rushed and steps were skipped. This is especially frustrating considering how pricey they are and how long I had to wait. So if you are looking for quality and customer service, this would not be the place to go. more ... less ...
