Daughter went in for condition treatment done they did a scrub on her highlighted hair it was dry matted and ruined. I called the salon several times they will not fix her hair or repair it. I called the salon several times they will not fix her hair or repair it. When contacted the owner he would not call back or get on the phone when I called. Then they said they wouldn’t do her hair anymore because she was crying in salon. 🤷‍♀️ Who wouldn’t be crying. For what you pay and it’s supposed be a upscale salon take my advice stay away from there unless you want your hair ruined.They didn’t make her pay sent her home with products clearly admittance of messing her hair up . But I read a review where they mess somebody else is up and they made an appointment to fix hers because she was crying and had her return with an appointment to fix it. Literally NEVER in my life have I walked out of a nail salon in the middle of getting my shellac done, I am not a picky person and try to be polite even if I don’t care for the color of whatever…but this! I have very naturally long nails and I asked her not to clip them but just file them a little. Literally I was telling her they were burning and asked her to stop! I also asked for an American manicure and she seriously painted my whole nail white. By this point she called over others and my nails hurt soo bad and my cuticles were tore and jagged and I said I don’t know if she does not know what she is doing but please can I just go! I walked out of there soo fast and went to CK nails where they attempted to fix my now short jagged nails. It is now a day later and my left fingers under my nails are split and painful to touch. Never again! It’s not Dream Nails. It’s Nightmare Nails! Never have ever had such a bad experience and been getting my nails shellaced for years, more ... less ...

I am not sure how this facility can pass an inspection. its filthy - I should have walked out. the service and product was okay - I could not get past the dust and general lack of sanitation. I will not go back.
