I also said I didnt want the sugar scrub on my legs because the jeans I had on wouldnt go super high and she pulled them up and did it anyways causing an issue with my jeans and circulation then she yelled when I tried to stop her. My gel polish only lasted 2 days before they started to chip when I hardly did anything to cause them to chip because I had been driving and that was it. Cant say I will go back. more ... less ...

When I first started going here my nails looked good I was satisfied. After a few months the quality of service started to go downhill last visit for my nails I got cut from the file board. Well I went in for a pedicure just recently and that was the worst of the worst pedicure I ever had. I will not return. A manicure should take longer than thirty minutes a pedicure should not be rushed either. Please consider getting new dryers to dry your toes utterly disgusting! more ... less ...

RUDEST nails salon I have ever experienced. And this was not the first time either! They’ve been rude every time but I put up with it a couple of times because they did a decent job. I had showed the guy a picture of french tips with a simple hibiscus flower design. He proceeded to get the colors for me and never stated that it couldn’t be done at all, just not by him. I had also let him know that I did not want my nails any shorter. He soon then started to file them down. So, naturally I pulled my hand away to reassure him I did not want them shortened and to save him from making a mistake. He then proceeded to YANK my arm back and forth to show me that I could have just told him that and he was comparing him YANKING my arm to me pulling away. I then told him he did not have to do all of that and to not do it again. He then finished the french tip being extremely passive aggressive and then sent me to the front to pay with out the design. The girl in the front then told me she couldn’t do the design either. So, I am now stuck with nails I would have never gotten if I was correctly informed from the beginning.\n\nI AM NOT YOUR FRIEND OR FAMILY. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. There was absolutely no excuse to talk to people like that or be so passive aggressive that you are yanking on someone’s arm. I took my grandmother along with me for a nail date . i called ahead of time to see what our wait time would be and he said \"come now\" we got there had to sit 30+ mins finally i sit down and asked the man if he could d I took my grandmother along with me for a nail date . i called ahead of time to see what our wait time would be and he said \"come now\" we got there had to sit 30+ mins finally i sit down and asked the man if he could do the design i wanted he said yes, so he gets the nail on and 2 of them are uneven and crooked so i told him and he was very rude about fixing it. He gets to doing the nail design and everything is wrong, and im trying to explain to him like this is wrong, this is supposed to be coffin after 30+ mins of waiting after i was told there was no wait and getting skipped plus 25 mins of me tryning to explain something i wanted and he had no idea as to what he was doing to them charging me 120 dollars just for 2 of my nails to come off 3 days later. The acrylic was literally peeling off, so the the product definitely was old. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, its very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSANITARY AND THE NAIL TECH ARE RUDE. This has always been my go to place for nails and toes. But last few times have been horrible. The organization and time management is unacceptable. I make appointments for my services and am still there for over 3 hour This has always been my go to place for nails and toes. But last few times have been horrible. The organization and time management is unacceptable. I make appointments for my services and am still there for over 3 hours. Today, I had to wait over 45 past my appointment time for my pedicure to begin. By this time my water is ice cold. I then had to wait another hour for my nails to be started. I hate to complain, but this is unacceptable. I love love love Lucy and she works harder than anyone and am going to miss her but I need to find a place that is better ran. more ... less ...
