Went in for a fill in, one person ahead of me on sign in paper. They were really busy… about 10 mins they took the lady in front of me on the list. So I was ok- this won’t take much longer. So I was ok- this won’t take much longer. Another lady comes in for a pedicure, signs in. I’m still waiting for my fill in, been about 25 mins at this point and they take pedicure lady. I got lil irritated, but after an hour of sitting there and no one even saying anything. It was ridiculous!! Worst customer service! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER OR LOSE THEM! There are plenty of other nail salons that will take their business. more ... less ...
