I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I literally wish I had the time and man power to boycott this establishment. They are extremely racist and unprofessional. I overheard a customer complaining to the manager about how one of the techs treated them. The manager literally started arguing and raising his voice at the paying customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY ARE RACIST, INCOMPETENT and only worship anyone that is not AFRICAN AMERICAN. BEWARE. I WILL POST THIS ON OTHER PLATFORMS AS WELL. more ... less ...

Nancy was awesome with my dip nails and pedicure. I would ask for her always. She took her time and explained things to me with the new pedicure she is awesome.

I have been coming to Spa nails for roughly a year and yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. I typically go to Jimmy, who is amazing. I know they have a variety of dip powder colors to choose from and she refused to show me more than maybe 30 colors. I go there regularly so I know there are more to choose from. Once she got started she was immediately jerking my hands and being very rough. She eventually cut my cuticle, didnt apologize, and it almost seemed purposeful that she kept going over it with the buffer. I have never been treated so terribly. I dont know if I will be back. I dont know if I can support a business that goes out of their way to disrespect customers and even go as far as to hurt them. $45 to be degraded, definitely not worth it. more ... less ...

The older gentleman is nice but should not be providing service. His work is very sloppy. The pedicure was barely okay. The no chip manicure is horrible. My fingernails are not filed evenly. I had to have him re-do 2 nails. Really more needed to be re-polished but it still would not have mattered. I asked one of the other techs to help him. She did not. It was a horrible experience. He told me the fee was 55.00 but charged my card 58.00. Waste of money! I will not revisit again. more ... less ...
