I’ve been shopping for a nail salon for a while and I thought I would try this place and let me tell you if I could give this place 10 stars I would!! My nail tech Linda was THE BEST. My nail tech Linda was THE BEST. She took her time and explained everything to me. She put in the effort for my nails and it clearly shows. She was personable and did a great job. I can’t wait to come back with my mom.\nThe store is CLEAN and well maintained and they have a great selection of colors. I just got a manicure today but I’m excited to go back and get a pedicure. I cannot say enough how great my experience at Pro Nails was. They got me right in at my appointment time. They also didn’t rush me to get my color like other places I’ve went to do. They use a clean file and they give it to you afterwards to keep, which a lot of places don’t do. The man that did my nails pulled out the colors to make sure they were correct. He was always making sure they were just how I wanted and he made conversation with me. I asked him one time if he could fix my nail because it looked slightly crooked, and he was so kind and made sure that it was fixed. After he got done painting them, he asked if they looked good and if I wanted any more coats. I wish I would’ve got his name, he was great and so kind. I didn’t feel stressed to ask a question or worry if he was going to be mad like I have before at another place in Terre Haute. 10/10. Will recommend this place everytime! Also, much cheaper than most places. Best quality in Terre Haute all around with customer service, atmosphere, and nails. more ... less ...

Just had my nails done less than a week ago here. Went today because one broke in half last night while I was doing nothing. They tried to charge me $10 to have it fixed. Thats a third of a fill. Thats a third of a fill. If I had known they would charge me that, I would have just had a fill done somewhere else (again, less than a week after having my nails done here). They ended up charging me $6 after I questioned them. There are a couple of good technicians here, but after being stuck with the worst one a few times in a row (after being a loyal customer for a long time!) and having nails break days later after her service EVERY TIME I have her, I dont think I will ever go back here and I would never recommend USA nails like I have in the past. Their service has declined and they no longer care about their customers. And their charges are never consistent. I believe they upcharge when they think you wont understand what they are charging you for. more ... less ...
