i’m really not the type to complain on the internet about businesses BUT this salon specifically states on the front door they serve “women, men, and children” with that being said, I was getting an acryli i’m really not the type to complain on the internet about businesses BUT this salon specifically states on the front door they serve “women, men, and children” with that being said, I was getting an acrylic fill at this salon and my guy best friend came with to get his nails cleaned up and painted.\n\nThe man doing my nails made it a point to say it was weird that my friend was getting polish on his nails. Not only was he contradicting what the salon promotes, he was making incredibly rude comments about a PAYING customer who is always a sweetheart to the workers and tips well over 20% of his total.\n\nI didn’t say anything at the time because i didn’t want my friend to know what was said, but if these reviews are ever read I’d advise the owner to remind the workers that business is business. and its 2022, throw that 1950s mindset out the\nwindow.\n\nsincerely,\npeople that just want to feel good about themselves :) more ... less ...

I know they are suppose to trim down the side of your toe nails to make them look pretty and what not. Ive been going here for many years. Overall Ive had every tech do my nails. I am almost always completely satisfied with few minor imperfections ever. They fix ingrown nail on my toes and they are friendly. I have tried other salons over the years and always returned to Kims. There hours are convenient and they are close to home. I will continue going to Kims so long as I go for professional services more ... less ...

Scented soak or scrub was $10 extra.\n\n$40 PEDI.\nThey charged $10 to add scented soak & scrub & body butter to the pedi. Otherwise the warm water only pedi is $30.....& Geez no one ever addressed me by the name I signed in with. No conversations took place with me as a new client. Only with co-workers & in their native language. My manicure table smelled like onions from dining at the work station and it was full of dust. I could say a lot on a pathetic scale of 1-3....But, I wont do business with Miss Nails again. more ... less ...

About a year and a half ago I went there to get my windshield replaced and got it replaced no complaints. Within a year it cracked again no fault of theirs, and was glad to get a replacement window at no cost. Soon after I had to drive cross country and the left side of the windshield squeeked the whole way. Then 3 months later top of the windshield seal came out and was slapping the roof. Because of all the issues with the 3 month old replacement windshield I would not recommend. more ... less ...

After booking a week in advance for a bridal party to get dip manicures and no chip pedicures, we walk in and they have no record of us booking. We were supposed to start at 630 and we didn’t get started until 715. We were supposed to start at 630 and we didn’t get started until 715. 2 people got actually pedicures and the other 2 settled for just getting paint on their toes. 1 girl was able to get her nails and and the rest were told to come back the next day which wasn’t possible. I was one who got a no chip pedicure. This is 4 days after my pedi. I am very disappointed. When I spend money on my nails I expect them to be great. I won’t ever be back to this salon and I know the 3 other girls feel the same way. more ... less ...
