A middle aged lady who we did not know fell down a flight of stairs and messed up her ankle. Not a whole lot of assistance for her condition. My wife helped her more than the staff. Communication was poor through the whole process from beginning to the end. We will give them one more opportunity to serve and see how that goes. I went to get a soak off. I waited 30 minutes, and then when I finally got helped she took a cuticle cutter and started ripping my nails off. My nail beds are bruised badly and they look bad. My nail beds are bruised badly and they look bad. I was crying and even pulled my hand away because it hurt so bad. The lady just gripped my hand tighter and continued to rip them off. They charged me $17 for this. Worst services ever and they don’t care about the clients well being. Would not recommend more ... less ...

My husband travels for work and we ended up in the area. The door says walk ins welcome but was told over the phone by appt only.
