I am so upset. I asked for a balayage and showed pictures of what I wanted. When I went home my color settled more, I was so upset. She gave me highlights and made my hair bright pink instead of the dark purple I wanted. I am so upset. I asked for a balayage and showed pictures of what I wanted. Looked nothing like I wanted (dark purple and more towards the ends not at the top). She also upcharged me quite a bit. $130 was the price I was expecting. Then it was $40 for product and $40 for the color she said.\n\nI called them crying and explained what happened. the front desk was super nice and said I wouldnt have to pay for a redo. I go in and reconfirm and they said nope nothing for payment. I go up and the same girl tells me I have to pay $40 since Im doing a different color. I was upset but said okay because something needed to be done.\nWhile she was doing it she kept saying it looked nice. Like okay if you like it cool but its not what I wanted.\n\nShe did the color and it looked closer to what I wanted. I went down and the front desk said once again that I did not have to pay so I didnt, not sure why she was trying to charge me.\n\nI washed my hair 2 days later according to the Instructions given (used the shampoo/conditioner recommended and washed in cold water) and SO MUCH color came out of my hair that it got lighter.\n\nFor $210 this is not at all what I was expecting. i go every 2 weeks like clockwork and i have never had a bad experience! always greeted with smiling faces and a clean entrance. they have always been accommodating if i need to reschedule on short notice. I was so excited to find this place their prices seemed reasonable service was decent and I had been going to multiple nail salons for months having bad experience after bad experience prices ridiculously high but then m I was so excited to find this place their prices seemed reasonable service was decent and I had been going to multiple nail salons for months having bad experience after bad experience prices ridiculously high but then my last two experiences were awful. I went deciding to switch from dip to acrylic because dip was proving to be unreliable in the gym. The nail tech tried to convince me to do dip at first then I showed her the pic of what I wanted and she argued with me about the color multiple times she decided to use a pink powder saying it would be what I was looking for - it was not. So now with pink nails I didn’t want I decided to get a gel color on top to make it ok. I come back two weeks later to the same nail tech - not my choice - who is rude again throughout the process then when I go to check out tells me my replacement of gel on my toes and my fill for my nails is $84 I ask how could a fill and replacement cost as much as the FULL set and PEDICURE I got last time? She argued with me AGAIN saying that I did not have gel last time - When CLEARLY I did. I just looked up my payment on my card and my total last time was a pedicure higher than what I paid this time. Not sure where customer service has gone these days when do we argue with the customer ESPECIALLY paying that kind of money and when does the customer not get what they want? When do we just create prices that work but are different each time? I guess business is so good keeping a customer doesn’t matter.
