Had to show ID for a $30 purchase. Well I had my significant others credit card. I couldnt have been the first lady to have her partners card for a purchase. My business was almost turned away. My business was almost turned away. They had to get the manager and he had to take down my First/Last Name and drivers license number. I felt like a criminal. How embarrassing! Again this was a $30 purchase. This is the only store that has this policy. No faith in the public or your loyal customers. Why operate to the public if you dont trust the public? Ill go elsewhere next time!\n\nTo add, your prices on Name brand items are outrageous. Way to rob the community! Ladies go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx for your BioSilk and other Name brands. I had a great experience here. I was able to walk in around 10am with no appointment and was taken care of right away. The staff was super friendly, the environment was clean and relaxing. My pedicure was thorough, and the woman who did it was great about asking my preferences for water temperature, nail length, massage pressure, and color type. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I asked for my nails to be trimmed *very* short, and I ended up having to trim them again when I got home because they were definitely not very short. At other salons, the nail tech has asked me to make sure they are short enough before painting, but here she didn’t. more ... less ...
