By far THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to! The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY! My apt was at 4:15pm I got there and wasn’t even told hi but to wash my hands and pick out colors. My apt was at 4:15pm I got there and wasn’t even told hi but to wash my hands and pick out colors. I had my colors picked out and was sitting in my chair by 4:20PM. The man who told me to pick out my colors then didn’t say a word to me after but put my hands in cheap sandwich bags filled with lotion and stuck them in hand warmers without saying a word. My hands stayed in their cheap lotion until 4:50 without anyone saying a word or letting me know they were running behind. The man stood there behind the counter on his phone. I then got up after waiting 35 minutes of nobody checking on me or even starting my apt. After I got up the lady said “ she’s almost done” and then gave me a glare all the way out to my car after I told her no thank you and I was tired of waiting. My hands are now broke out and cracking from sitting in the lotion so long and did not even get an apology for them being 35 minutes late starting an appointment that THEY SCHEDULED FOR 4:15. I don’t mind waiting or them being behind but they could have at least let me know they were running behind scheduled.I will NEVER come back to the place they have the nerve of calling a nail salon. Total waste of my time and I will be sure to let everyone know the terrible service I received here. Only reason they received one star is because it would not let me leave it blank. 0/10 recommend this place for any type of service. more ... less ...

Our nails turned out great, the customer service was wonderful, the salon was very comfortable and clean, I will now be going exclusively to Moonlight for my nails. 100% recommend! more ... less ...
