First of all - let me say the staff are rude. I can understand that they are busy, but you can still be courteous to your customers. My husband and I went in for pedicures- we were directed to sit in 2 chairs next to each other. We were never asked what type of pedicure we wanted. In fact that was the only conversation we were engaged in until it was time to pay and them - cash or charge and the amount. They have sheets or plastic hanging between the chairs- which from the looks of it have not been cleaned since they were hung up. They soaked our feet in plain water. Not sure what products they used -but my feet were worse off - skin wise - than before. I guess you could say I had my toenails trimmed and painted and that was about the only good thing I have to say. However, I had rough spots on my toenail that I had to smooth and the polish chipped in less than a week. My husband was a different story. He got a good scrubbing - so much so that he had tender spots afterwards and even a raw area. The salon chairs are showing their age- the foot rests are missing chunks of foam. Which, I understand can happen - but then cover it with a nice clean towel once I sit down. It appears that the staff are more congenial to regular customers. Needless to say- we will not be back.
