Took the stylist Layla almost 7.5 hours to do a full highlight on mid length hair. I finally spoke up when she was only a third of the way done putting bleach on after 2 hours🚩. I finally spoke up when she was only a third of the way done putting bleach on after 2 hours🚩. After voicing my concerns about bleach sitting in my hair that long, she started trying to wipe some off. It took over 4 hours alone just to put color in and not once did anyone step up to do anything. She then asked if I wanted toner after being way over processed.🚩 I could go on.. For supposedly being the top salon, it surely didn’t show. I was there from 10:50 am to 6:14 pm. By the time it was done another stylist had to finish styling my hair and it had gotten so dark in that room by then that I couldn’t see the top of my head to mention it. Reached out to the salon with no response. The owner had the audacity to charge me $180 for this mess. more ... less ...

I was going to be going to balls and wanted to look very nice and formal. I s THEEEE! WORST!!! NAIL!! SHOP!! I’VE! EVER! BEEN! TO!!!\nI recently got went to get my nails done right before I traveled for Mardi Gras. I was going to be going to balls and wanted to look very nice and formal. I showed the techs the design I wanted and they said they could do it. I wish they would’ve simply told me the truth and suggested another design similar that they could do. I arrived shortly before 6pm and did not leave until 8, closer to 9pm after only getting a full set and pedicure. Now coming up on almost a month later, I cannot get the acrylic off (it is too painful) and with the exception of my pinky nails (so far) ALL of my nails have broken down to my real nail. Whenever I do get the acrylic off, it will be taking my whole nail off with it. After this experience I may never get my nails again… after they all grow back. They over charged me and didnt even give me the full experience. I wanted to see how sanitary they were, so I did not wash my hands. My hands werent cleaned, or soaked, and they didnt even get the lint from under my nail They over charged me and didnt even give me the full experience. I got the dip manicure and they legit dipped my fingers into the powder. So my dirty, crusty, dusty claws went into the powder that others before, and after me, went into. The guy that did my nails was ROUGH and seemed to file my finger more than my nails. Not even a full 48 hrs went by and a nail has already broke. I never do anything for myself and Ive only had my nails done once before but I know for a fact that this isnt right. Im so upset and even more upset that I didnt see these reviews before I went. Daisy and Dan are awesome people. Theyre incredibly friendly, so nice to everyone, and have amazing memories on them. Seriously. They remember minute details I mentioned years ago, my mom and sisters, and even my daughte Daisy and Dan are awesome people.
