First of all my nails looked horrible. I originally thought it was okay and I could deal with it however as time passed I could not stand the way my nails looked. He cut my toe nail sideways and made it uneven, the gel polish is not covering my entire toe nails, on my skin and he did not do the proper time for them! He RUSHED IT! Then he did not provide the proper pedicure! I PAID 70 dollars and he didn’t do all that was entitled to the service. Once we began the fingers he used a DRILL connected to the nail file machine to buff my nails… A DRILL! He burned me several times and did not apologize once. My nails have bumps in the polish… they are uneven and messy, he did not cover the entire nail again, and left streaks and lines inside my nails! Pitiful! Take your business elsewhere! I WILL BE GOING TO KIMS NAILS FOR NOW ON! They shouldn’t be open after this service! The salon had toys everywhere and loud kids screaming whom were not customers children. So disappointed! They messed my nails up, I could do better with a Walmart Kit.... PITIFUL...... more ... less ...

First time here. Looking for the right mail shop to go to dive moving back to Richmond. I had gel polish put on toe nails, I had filed and prepared the nails. So he had very little filing. So he had very little filing. He was very abrupt/rude. Charged &30 just to paint my toes and $40 to another guy to manicure my fingernails. He was very nice. But very slow. He talked quite a bit and every time he spoke, he quit working…..\n\nOverpriced and toes are not really worth the $30 he charged. more ... less ...
