I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. I refuse to use anyone else. John is the only one allowed to touch my nails. His shape, form, color is always on point. Seems he’s the only one who satisfies my exp I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. I refuse to use anyone else. John is the only one allowed to touch my nails. His shape, form, color is always on point. Seems he’s the only one who satisfies my expectations for my nails. However I am disappointed that they don’t take appointments because the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I have considered trying to find another salon Thor days that John is super busy but I just cannot bring myself to do it. Is John would consider taking appointments that would be one of the best days of my entire life. LOL! Thanks John and Staff for always taking care of me and giving me exactly what I ask for exactly what I need. I know I can be a pain when it comes to my nails but you guys have always shown me love and respect. more ... less ...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with a friend and the first thing we asked was how long the wait would be and we were told no wait and to go ahead and sit at one of the desks. She needed a pedicure and I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with a friend and the first thing we asked was how long the wait would be and we were told no wait and to go ahead and sit at one of the desks. She needed a pedicure and I needed just Shellac/gel on my nails. My friend waited at least 15 minutes before they started her nails and I had to wait over 20. Normally this would not be an issue but we were in a time crunch as we were both on lunch. The entire time we were waiting and while she was getting her pedicure they kept trying to get us to purchase other services even though we made it very clear we only wanted what we asked for. When the technician finally started on my nails, she kept trying to convince me I needed dip powder instead of gel because gel wont last as long. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I have gotten Shellac since it came out. I know Shellac lasts on my nails and is fine. I ended up getting very fed up with their lack of professionalism and for their inability to do what I asked for. I was charged $10 for a polish take up that was half done. I left with polish still on my nails and they look terrible. Completely misshapen and my cuticles are all crooked. 100000% DO NOT GO HERE more ... less ...
