Went in to get different styles of gel polish on my nails so I could choose how I wanted to do my nails for my wedding. The woman was really nice at first, but quickly became impatient and after doing two different styles I’d French, demanded I get the remaining 8 nails done the same way. Maybe it would have helped if I had ripped up front?? But I’m glad I didn’t because she did a horrible job and stressed me out to the point I felt tears coming on. Then she charges me $55!!!! i used to love this place but i am EXTREMELY disappointed this time. i will never be coming back. i got some longer nails and i’ve never had an issue with them until this time. my right hand middle finger nail snapp i used to love this place but i am EXTREMELY disappointed this time. i will never be coming back. i got some longer nails and i’ve never had an issue with them until this time. my right hand middle finger nail snapped off while i was in bed. okay, whatever, sometimes it happens.\n\nwell, i was cleaning around my dorm today and my other middle finger nail snapped. only it didn’t snap off, it snapped in the MIDDLE OF MY NAIL. i am in so much pain and it hurts to even touch. the nail is still attached to my nail bed. it is bleeding profusely and may require a hospital trip to have removed. i paid $63 for these nails, i didn’t expect them to do this only a week and a half after getting them. more ... less ...

I have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years !! I always told myself if I was to ever move out of state…I would fly back here every month just see Annie !! She does AMAZING work ! She does AMAZING work ! Her and her husband go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make every customer happy !! If you have younger children (I do not ) they make sure to make them feel welcome as well ! I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this business !! They are more like family to me now and I couldn’t be more grateful for them !! All businesses get bad reviews and I totally get that , but the customer service Annie and her family deliver is nothing short of amazing. She handles everyone with care and respect , even if they are not so respectful to her . YOU ARE AMAZING ANNIE !!! more ... less ...
