Worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady rushed my pedicure. There was a woman who was sat before me and Her pedi started before mine. I won’t go back. I’m easy to please and I don’t like to cause problems, but I got up and walked out on my last manicure. The girl (who has always been super rude to me) was using nail extensions - not actu I won’t go back. The girl (who has always been super rude to me) was using nail extensions - not actual tools - to pry the acrylics off my nail and it was really painful. She switched for another guy who took over. I guess I was flinching too much for her. I asked the guy if it was supposed to hurt and he said “a little” It was my first time having acrylics removed-it would have been nice if someone would have told me! I got up and walked out. He was nice, but all the women have always been rude to me. My friend who has been a nail technician before said she was shocked they used that method. Very dissatisfied with the results. I have slender fingers and now I have short nails that make my fingers look stuby and fat, not to mention I specifically said the first nail she cut was to short, she said I couldnt ge Very dissatisfied with the results. My nails have never looked this bad and to think I paid 50.00 bucks for them makes me angry . The lady doing my nails totally disregarded anything that I asked for, I mean , these are my nails, my money so shouldnt she have done what I asked her to do. I hope to be reimbursed with a new setnails and a nail technician who respects the likes and dislikes of the customer who is paying forservice.
