I went in for an acrylic full set($30) but he charged me $50 for a gel set even though I stated several times that I asked for the acrylic set. I was nicked twice, which led to bleeding. Later that evening, after I left the shop, I noticed that my nails were very sore. I understand that mistakes happen however, it would have been nice to at least have received a discount for the misunderstanding and for drawing blood during my service. My nails looked good and I received several compliments on them but I will not be returning. more ... less ...

I normally come here a lot but this time has ruined it for me ever returning. I walked in to get a pedicure, they put me with a new lady I’d never worked with before. I walked in to get a pedicure, they put me with a new lady I’d never worked with before. But I went ahead and let her do my feet. I always ask questions before I do a service. I let them know shape and length so that that they can make me aware of the price and everything before I get started. She acted as if she couldn’t understand so she kept repeating then spoke her native language to check. Then showed me the card with the price listed, ok: Now the problem occurred when after she told me the price was one thing but charged my card forty-five dollars for her tip. She didn’t ask me or anything. Just charged my card. I’m not a card tipper for reasons like this, so I always keep cash, so I can tip. That really made me angry because you don’t help yourself to extra money I didn’t give permission for you too take. Then the younger girl tried to co-sign the theft when she also made me aware of the first original price, and gave the lady permission to take it. That’s why they spoke in their native. I’m truly disgusted! That vexed my spirit. It’s always about money with them. Never an experience just Me, Me and Me more ... less ...

My daughter comes here & has a long time so we decided to try it & WE FINALLY FOUND OUR NAIL HOME! The women are VERY kind & did a great job! I dont mind paying more IF THE JOB IS WELL DONE & LASTS & IT HAS!!! we wont be going anywhere else! If you are a regular then they GIVE YOU YOUR OWN KIT WITH YOUR OWN TOOLS IN IT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING ANYTHING NASTY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Ive NEVER seen ANYONE do this before & its what shout be done EVERYWHERE this day & age period! I luv this place & we can be ourselves so Im MORE then happy 😁 more ... less ...
