Stopped getting my nails done here awhile ago. Started only going here for pedis or brows. Went before thanksgiving for convenience on my lunch break to get a refill.. The whole process was horrible. The whole process was horrible. Rushed my nails. They were so thin they instantly started cracking across each finger nail. My nail beds look horrible. Real nails are cracked & bleeding. Not culturally friendly, I was refused service three times stating they were busy. I sat in my car and observe two white ladies walk in and receive service. This company is very much racist.

Complete waste of money. I had been here once before for a couples massage and had a good experience so my wife got me a gift card for a deep tissue massage for Christmas. So I scheduled and went in for the massage. Th Complete waste of money. The lady asked me where my problem areas were and I told her my neck and my lower back. Since I paid extra for deep tissue that’s what I was expecting. I’m guessing she didn’t have the hand strength for a deep tissue massage because she spent the majority of the time digging her elbows into my middle back. Extremely uncomfortable. The lady obviously shaves her arms but apparently hadn’t in a few days so the prickly hair on her forearms she was digging into my back just scraped and irritated my back the whole time (really uncomfortable). She mainly dug her elbows into my middle back in between my shoulder blades. Barely touched my lower back and literally never touched my neck which I told her was my biggest problem area I wanted worked on. I kept expecting her to get to my neck thinking it would get better and then just like that, it was over, never touched my neck at all. Worst massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. But when I told the front desk about my experience and how bad it was, I was told a manager would be reaching out to me. Nobody ever reached out. No phone call, no email. Terrible massage and customer service apparently. The only reason this didn’t get one star is because my first experience here with the couples massage was good, which made this whole experience more disappointing. Highly disappointed! I just left and my nail are all crooked . Didnt do the shape right! The whole entire set is a mess

There were four people working when my daughter and I walked in with no appointment. We were immediately greeted and I noticed they made sure they greeted every patron that walked through the door. I stop here regularly for groceries when coming home late from work, when only WM and the gas stations are open. Stuff for lunches, restock home items, etc.\nLike it isn’t bad enough there are NO human cashiers, Wed night they had a phalanx of workers shouting at shoppers, counting down to closing. “Eight minutes ma’am!”\nIf I were an employee there, I’d find that unacceptable from a coworker or manager. And since we have to ring up our own purchases, I feel like we’re there working, not getting paid, and being disrespected as well. Just relocating to the area from Maryland and trying to find a place to continue with my solar gel upkeep so I stopped here! When I first walked in and told the nail tech what I was in need of she persisted in asking if I only wanted the pink filled in, after I had told her I needed a complete fill which includes white and pink. I certainly dont want a half job done, especially when I have to pay full price. After also explaining several times that I also didnt want dark pink, I wanted light pink to look natural, I explained I just wanted my nails filled in and to look as they did from the previous job done that she could see. I explained that I dont like a lot of white and, again failed to listen. She gave me a considerable amount of white for the length of my nails, which I dont like long. I rarely complain, but this was the worst place I have ever been and Ive had my nails done hundreds of times. Not to mention, it was filthy. The nail dryer was covered in dirt and polish, the sink was a covered in dirt, and she had a complete nail brush soaking in a bottle of acetone which she emptied into a bowl to retrieve the brush then funnel the acetone back into the bottle to use. Unhygienic to say the least! Will never go back or recommend! more ... less ...
