Awful and uncourteous first impression. I walked into this establishment one day to get my nails done, and the store was busy. No one greeted me or asked to assist with with anything. No one greeted me or asked to assist with with anything. I didnt really see that as a problem until sitting in that place for about 45 minutes, still no one acknowledged me for anything. Then another customer walks into the shop ( & she is of another race than I & I am Africa American). Before the lady even sits down she is greeted and asked how she can be helped. This customer waited no more than 15 minutes before someone quickly serviced her. It was so obviously awful what they were doing that the customer even left lead to mentioned to the staff that I was there first and someone should attend to me... Lol, well the particular staff member present for all of this appears shocked to see that customers concern for me. It gets worse, so now that a staff member has finally acknowledged me, I am asking questions now and so further and when I tell you this staff member and everyone else working there had no problem ignoring me, they had no problem ignoring me as I was trying to have a civilized conversation. It was such disgusting behavior to have experienced, I just walked out of the establishment. I am appalled at how uncourteous and suppressive they are at this location. I will never visit there again, they are not friendly or welcoming of people like me. I pray for them and hope that no one else is mistreated or worse when going here. more ... less ...

The representatives barely spoke English. Five times they transferred me around and five times the call was disconnected. When I returned the call there were no notes and I had to start all over again explaining what was needed. Tremendously frustrating and aggravating. Even after a supervisor I spoke with approved the upgrade she transferred me to a sales representatives who knew nothing about what was just agreed on. Then she hung up on me and when I called back the message said they were closed for the night! I have been a customer for more than 20 years since April 2002, and this is the way Im treated. So I went to the T-Mobile store, which had been a Sprint store. When it was a Sprint store the sales representatives were professional, courteous, and very friendly. These T-Mobile representatives were rude, unfriendly and the manager would not even help me! I live near this store and walked there without my drivers license. I worked in a Sprint store for almost 14 years and never turned a customer away because they didnt have a drivers license. I think he just did not want to waste time on an upgrade because he can make more commission on new sales and there were many people waiting. I had waited an hour and 30 minutes just to speak with him for 30 seconds. This store is outrageous at the Stamford Town center. What kind of service is this? What happened to the old Sprint that I knew for over 20 years. What a disgraceful way to treat me. more ... less ...
