Just left from getting my nails done and a pedicure. The water was cold during the pedicure, I told the worker it was cold and she drained some of the water to add more water that was still cold. When doing the pedicure she didn’t use products on both feet just on one foot some products were left out and It was rushed. When doing my nails I showed a picture of what I wanted and after cutting down the nails they were all uneven and they kept filing shorter and shorter and the worker chipped the edge of one of the nails, instead of fixing the nail she just kept filing it down where the chip on the edge was not noticeable, my nails are still uneven. I could not get what I showed the picture of because the nails were not the right length. I just got them painted and it’s not evenly polished or covers the entire nail. I feel as though they are trying to cut corners to save them money and the breakdown for my services were more than their price sheet more ... less ...

So me and my friend went to get pedicures today! 1st when we got there only 1 person was working.. no biggie.. another worker came in about 11:20 and the shop was already getting pretty busy. Still no big deal.. we were there for prob 2 hours waiting and getting just pedicures. So my friend got the regular polish pedicure which was $35.. I had asked the guy how much the gel polish with pedicure would be and he said I have to check.. never let Me know.. so the guy did my pedicure.. then left me sitting there to go do someone else’s nails.. still not a huge deal even though my friend was already done and we waited an additional 20min just for them to paint my toes.. finally got my toes polished with gel by the girl. Went to check out and it was $99… so they charged me $29 additional dollars for gel polish?!? That is crazy… I would have gotten the regular polish if I knew the uncharge was so much more.. I can see an additional $15 whatever.. but this was ridiculous.. the pedicure was definitely not worth $64 and I will NOT be back nor do I recommend this place.. more ... less ...

I can take off and you can go” and I said no that’s okay. This happened more than twice. I did let her know that I was new at this and she didn’t speak to me the whole time. Terrible customer service but she got the job done. I will never go back. I’d recommend paying a little extra and go to Bichonne. more ... less ...

I only went here because my nail tech was out of town. My acrylic was uneven, the arch in the design was uneven and my overall nails were bulky! Several times I had to advise the nail tech that something wasnt correct wi I only went here because my nail tech was out of town. Several times I had to advise the nail tech that something wasnt correct with my nails and she had to fix them. I decided to go back advise her of how they look and she tried to file them! No filing will fix one-sided nails. I asked them how do they handle first time customers who are not satisfied with their work, and they replied I can file your nails. I advise you not to go here, this was my first time and I will NEVER return. Im so glad I stopped a couple of ladies from going there by showing them how they jacked up my nails. more ... less ...
