I was not greeted, so I preceded to take a chair, there I started a great conversation with a woman who was waiting for her daughter who said she had been there since 4:00pm. I sat for a moment until I finally got up to tell them I wa there for a pedicure. Tam, put her head back down with one available pedicure chair. Three of the chairs were taken. One lady left. Two ladies remained at this point. They didnt get the chair available. They proceeded to work on the other ladies, then the other two chairs became available, I then asked Mary, if I may sit and soak my feet, she exclaims, \"NO\"!\n\"Not yet\", at this point its 7:00pm, I had been coming to this nail shop for a long time. I always felt like they were prejudice a little but this broke the camels back. To be treated unfairly. I was the only African American woman in there. more ... less ...

No one greeted me when I walked through the door….first problem! There were two workers in there when I walked in. The lady literally talked at me and not to me. The lady literally talked at me and not to me. As I was trying to decide on what service to get based off of whether they had gel polish, she demanded I was my hands. COOL! I have no problem with that. When I turned my back, she decided to answer my question about the OPI gel polish. I didn’t hear her, and I demanded an answer to my question. A customer had to answer it for me.\n\nI chose a color and sat down to wait. While I was waiting, a nail tech walked in from off the street. She went straight to the customer waited asking her what service she wanted. She touched the products, and she did not even try to wash her hands.\n\nI left! You rudely demand your customers to wash their hands before you even answer their questions. But, you don’t require the same from your employees. Trash! Learn some customer service!\n\nDefinitely came straight to another nail salon and had the exact opposite experience! Go where you are appreciated and not tolerated. more ... less ...

Always friendly and helpful service. Always something new and priced within my budget. Love this store and so do my friends from out of town.

TLDR; if you want your nails shaped correctly and painted neatly go to another shop worth the money. The quality of their nail art does not match the prices that they are charging. At their current listed prices the quality should be more consistent.\n\nThe man with the missing part of his pink finger is very unprofessional. He does not know how to properly shape nails and when an error is pointed out and he is asked to correct the error, he gives attitude to the customers. I have witnessed his unwillingness to correct his errors many times. The lady before me asked for almond nails and the shape was round, clearly unhappy the person who took her money apologized and told her that she will do her nails next time. I asked for coffin shaped nails and he shaped them very wide, the shape could’ve easily been square round. I showed him a picture of coffin shaped nails and he said ohhhh ok as if he need clarification on the shape. Most nail then were shaped correctly but my pointer finger was very narrow and sharp in comparison to the other nails. When I asked him to put a new tip to reshape correctly he said I wanted them narrow and that I could go somewhere else. I said excuse me and he said the nails looked fine.
