This place has went down. I went there for a ball to get my nails done on friday. i get the Gel polish and my nails were rushed bumpy and sloppy. I brushed it off because I had no time to get them redid. Saturday night This place has went down. Small shop and a little dated, but the service was excellent. Nail tech was very thorough during my pedicure. Im extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I went to K Nails last week, by appointment. The service was amazing. I showed a picture of what I had in mind and they came out better than I expected. The staff is friendly. The prices are kinda expensive for a nail salon that doesn’t use sterile tools for pedicures. I got a refill, nail shape change, and gel polish on my hands. My nails started chipping hours later and I went back to get them repaired, of course the lady blamed me and repainted my nails. After she redid my nails, they were chipping again the very next day. I have been going to Paris nail salon for long time and I absolutely love Tracy the owner who do my nail , last time I got the Acrylic nail wad just this Friday 9/10 and I showed Tracy a picture of nail color on my phone I have been going to Paris nail salon for long time and I absolutely love Tracy the owner who do my nail , last time I got the Acrylic nail wad just this Friday 9/10 and I showed Tracy a picture of nail color on my phone and when she did , was not what I expected and she knew that but she did not even offer to change the color since she know well and I have been her customer for a long time . Anyway once I left the salon on Friday I called the salon and Ryan answer the phone and I told him I do not like the color and I will come back tomorrow to change it since they were already closed , so I went the next day and I only change the color which did not even take 10 minutes and then Ryan is charging me $30 and I already paid $50 the day before for the nail that I did not even like and when I asked him why he charging me now another $30 , he simply said we do charge for changing color , then told him he should inform me first about how much they charge before changing the color since I did not know and that was my first time changing color , and he just kept saying we charge for color change and was not their fault that I did not like the color , and I really understand that but my thing is he should have told me before doing it and it is just to much for only changing color when I paid $50 for the whole work on my nail the day before that took almost one hour\nIt was very bad customer service and did not even tried to call me back when I was ready upset about the whole situation more ... less ...
