I have been going to blossoms nails for some years now and I have never had a problem with them. Until today I went to get my eyebrows wax as I always do. The older lady who did my eyebrows. Once was done. She shoe me real quick I paid. Once I got to the car and started examing my eyebrows I notice my right eyebrows had a bald spot and my left was uneven. I call her and inform her. She told me to come back so she can look at it. She act like she didnt see the problem. My husband and mother n law notice right away the problem. I ask for my money back she told me I cant get it back. I am so angry by the service and her not be concern about my eyebrows. She didnt even offered to fix them. I feel she was very unprofessional and unconcerned with me now being please with my services. I will not be going back EVER more ... less ...

I actually like this place. The staff and place is really nice. I feel bad writing this review but I am so upset from the recent service.\nThe guy who did my gel manicure did such an awful job. She told me that everyone in the shop does really well. I had read so many great reviews about how good Peter was so instantly I knew who he was. The lady that did my nails and pedicure was very nice, and gentle. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked of her. When she got to the design part she asked another coworker who helped her and she was excellent!!!! I am very pleased with my services I received and they definitely have a regular customer. I love how they didn’t do what they felt like doing, but did what I asked them to do. They really superseded my expectations and I’m glad I went in when I did!!!!! more ... less ...

Katie the owner will convince you into getting gel nails and tell you they will last “longer then 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks”. I got mine done at for a wedding and they chipped the 2nd day. I was off of work for the wedding and all i have done is wrapped presents. Gel nails should not be messed up from wrapping a gift unless the lady did it wrong, which Katie did. Do not go here is you want gel nails unless you want to waist your money. Also called and talked to Katie the owner and she told me there was nothing she could do for me and it is my fault for not coming in on a sunday when my 1st nail chipped (store is closed on sundays). She didn’t offer to fix them, refund me, or even discount the payment. A lady was there before me, her services were a pedicure, eyebrow wax, a full set. I strictly went for a toe polish (gel specifically) I got there for 11:17 am, didn’t leave out until 1:40 pm. NOT EXAGGERATING! I have never been to a nail salon where the worker never takes a break from a client to start working on someone else - ESPECIALLY a client like me who only came in for a toe polish nothing more. I will never in my life, visit that location again. Any other normal salon, would not have me wait 2 hours just for a TOE POLISH. Horrible service, horrible experience, and worst part of it all I barely even liked how she polished my toes. Please avoid this place at all cost. I don’t even want to try out any of their other locations. I see why this business disabled the reviews, because they are such a horrible nail salon. I paid 17 dollars for a toe polish ! Second I paid almost 30 dollars for a refill . Every single nail is uneven . Not shaped correctly! Not correctly polished ! I’ve been here twice on one of mommy daughter dates. The nail technician with the short black bob did a great job! She took her time which is always top priority and was Very professional. I’m a very sweet person so I tend to hold my tongue. The first time I got acrylics, one of my nails started bleeding and they were all shaped differently. The second time. She cut my skin. I didn’t have time to even pick a nail color for my toes. Rushed and I only got a gel color change on my nails and they were all glued together to the point she had to file my nails off of my skin.
