Over the phone they told me 30 for pedicure and 25 for a full set. They did a great job on my pedicure. But when it came to my nails I asked for a French manicure instead, which was listed as $20, but at the end of my services they charged me $65 and I had bubbles under my nail polish which I asked the nail tech about and she was about to re-polish my nails but another customer was who had an appointment was complaining about her wait(which she was correct about because she had been waiting over 45mins after her scheduled time) the nail tech rushed off to complete the customer’s pedicure and left my nails like this. Needed SNS overlay soaked off. They could have applied gel overlay (as they do not use SNS dip). She filed the existing SNS and added gel overlay to the existing SNS overlay. At first I wanted full nail polish, but she restored the current french tip so well, I decided to keep that style instead. It was clear her expression says she was not pleased with my decision. Upon completing the service with the uv light on gel overlay she injured my index finger by using the sharp file drill with no tip under my free edge and cut me very bad. The injury is just healing after my intense self care. I wash and sanitize my hands all day. The cut was very uncomfortable. This service took place on last Saturday. I was in town visiting family for the first time since COVID. I shall never again patronize Silver Nails. Also, the clear top coat has pealed off of most of my nails. I have had gel nails in the past and to my disappointment, this peeling has never taken place.\nI pray others have better experiences. more ... less ...

I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody. Unfortunately I needed my nails polished. She rushed and did my gel nails. There was no customers. I went for a refill and to fix a nail that was broken, my nails had a round shape to them, at this point a man came to shape my nail that was broken. He shaped it to be more of a point which I did not like. He didnt even clean my cuticle bed and started to polish them which he didnt even polish the whole nail. He could see I was getting upset and the lady came back to try and fix it and she made it even worse. I regret even going there and then on top of that he tried to charge me $35, I asked for what he stated refill, fix nail and gel polish. I stated I did not ask for gel polish which I ended up paying them $30 which I also regret.
