I have been going to Ann’s since 1996. When I moved further away I tried other places but would find my way back to Lang for her to fix them. I started going here in high school when Ann and Kim owned it, then continued when Lang bought it. Now I bring my daughter to her. The lady’s that did me, my daughter, and my best friends nails were absolutely amazing. I dont usually write reviews. Ive been coming here for a while & even recommended several people come here but that stops today. I felt my service was rushed & my patronage unwelcome. I asked if my nails could be wrapped after seeing the customer who came after me have her nails wrapped during her pedicure. After waiting over an hour between pedicure & dip, I asked again if my nails could be wrapped & I was informed no one wanted to do my nails. Another customer who came after me was serviced first. My nail tech wasnt engaging at all. Just speaking her own language to other workers & barely said anything to me. I come here once a month, quiet, & mind my business. Felt like she wanted me out the chair and shop Asap.I spend an average of 100-200 if I bring my mother & godchild. Im never ugly or rude. I referred over 6 people here, 3 of which wont return. After several of my referrals complained i still came back but after today I wont & the nail shop wont care anyway. They care about your money not your satisfaction or treatment. And probably not the money either as customers are seem replaceable. I finally see what they complained about. Its more than just the service its the experience. The pedicure was good. Its the irony of waiting but then my service being rushed.\n\nNo need to refuse service when I never plan to return. There is a difference between efficiency & rush. If you didnt feel comfortable servicing me that shouldve been said when I made the appointment & this whole experience could be avoided. You still serviced those that came after me before me. Every negative comment about this business is the same...rush & rude. Thank you to Jennifer for my pedicure & the reason most people still come there. This was my first and last visit to this salon.\n\nWent in to soak off dip polish, the nail tech started to try to cut off the polish with the cuticle clippers cutting my pinky nail which I was wanting to keep the length This was my first and last visit to this salon.\n\nWent in to soak off dip polish, the nail tech started to try to cut off the polish with the cuticle clippers cutting my pinky nail which I was wanting to keep the length - which I told her. Then she moved to my ring finger, ripping up the polish with the same clippers which I asked if she would just soak the polish so my nails wouldn’t be ruined by her ripping up the top layer of my nail. She then used the little drimmel tool on all my nails to get the polish off. I appreciate her trying to speed up the process, however I appreciate salons that do what’s right for nail health more.\n\nI left with a little bit of dip polish still on 2 nails, 3 cuts and paper thin nails that I had to file down when I got home. more ... less ...

I absolutely love this place! I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure on Sunday . They are very busy on sundays but have the extra staff for it, everyone was noticed . They didn’t rush to get my nails or toes don I absolutely love this place! I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure on Sunday . One of my favorite places to find unique gifts! Local flare of the owner adds to the appeal of the store. Love to find exclusive art pieces here in the form of canvas, home made items and literature even.

I thought I finally found the perfect nail shop but the mom made me change my mind. Everytime she did my nails, I had a bad experience. When drilling, she is looking all around the room, not paying attention and hitting I thought I finally found the perfect nail shop but the mom made me change my mind. Everytime she did my nails, I had a bad experience. When drilling, she is looking all around the room, not paying attention and hitting my cuticles. She is very insensitive to her customers. I told her my nail was burning after she applied the acrylic. She continued to drill, but I asked her to stop because my finger was burning so bad. She started laughing and said ”dont cry.” Are you serious? That is what you tell your customers when they tell you your hurting them? She is horrible. Her daughters are very friendly, but the mother left a bad impression. The daughters are the only reason why I continued to come here, but after this visit, I cant do it anymore. This nail salon is by far the best place I have EVER gone! Been going here for years and they are always friendly and make you feel so welcome every time. Come here if you want consistent nail slayage :-)
