They will only offer services upon appointment, require temp checking upon entrance, and the use of masks and hand washing throughout the entire process. At several points during the service I witnessed them cleaning and sanitizing tools and stations. Not only do my nails look GREAT but I felt safe and well cared-for at this establishment. I was not impressed. 45.00 and they paid very little attention to my feet. They painted great, but the pedicure part left a lot to be desired. I won’t go back.

Poor Quality from the older man, was rude unreceptive to what colors I wanted & also messy. Left something hard & sticking out on my pinky nail. Nails were different sizes. They tend to profile you. They dont have many colors and the work is minimum. A base, 1 coat and a gloss with almost empty bottles. Charges you extra for everything. It cost more for a dip than gel. The tech. say manicure comes with gel but not dip and for her to cut dead, dried cuticles it be 10 dollar plus 5 dollar for more than one color although they probably have only 40 colors. I’ve been going here for about a year or so on and off. Their service is mediocre at best, but I keep going because it’s convenient. Today I went in for a refill. Today I went in for a refill. The parking lot had about 3 cars there and hardly anyone inside except a white lady and two ladies drying their nails. As I walk in, the guy who works in the front area asks what I need, and I told him I needed a refill. I proceed to look at the gel colors as I always do, then he says they are very busy and they are not taking any customers who haven’t been there before. I proceeded to tell him that I’ve been coming there for over a year. He then says “we can’t do nails” and asked me to leave. The other ladies and I were all completely confused by his very rude, hostile, and aggressive response. I was not about to argue so I left; however, I went back in to see if they could do my eyebrows. When I walked back in, 3 white ladies walked in before me and they were greeted and seated for their various services. I asked the guy about eyebrows and he said they’re very busy and can’t do eyebrows either. Then he shooed me away with his hand and asked me to leave again. I immediately left at his request. However, his behavior was disrespectful and completely unwarranted. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. more ... less ...

So I made an appointment for Friday 11-5 so I came in and the owner Steve asked if I had an appt. I replie If I could give half a star I would! I replied yes 1:00 he tells me to wash my hands. So afterwards I go to pick out a nail color while waiting for him to finish the client he was still working on. So Im looking at other colors and Steve says dont drop and break the nail polish. Mind you Im sitting and waiting. So I asked why would I do so? He says to me you dont have to be smart! So I said wow I thought the same about you. He then proceeded to tell me yo leave his shop. So I put the polish back and obliged. Mind you I have been serviced by this place for over a month and all of sudden this rudeness. WOW more ... less ...

I didn’t notice until she was done with my left hand due to me being on the phone with my right hand. I guess it’s my fault for having my face in my phone 🙃. I did not like the way they communicate with the customers. They should have asked what the customer want instead of doing it what they feel is good. And when the mistake is at their end they even did not apologize and t I did not like the way they communicate with the customers. They did not give any receipt if what they were charging and were making fun of customers in their local language which is not fair.
