I have been to this salon twice. The first time my experience was pretty good. My second experience didn’t go well. First visit today, and I found this place and it’sowners entirely charming. It’s wasn’t my usual nail salon so I was a little wary. The owners daughter was there and is absolutely precious. The owners daughter was there and is absolutely precious. They also encouraged me to NOT get acrylic nails and instead use a gel polish on natural nails because it was healthier and because I had good nails. Previously I had always been told that my nails were to weak and that I should have acrylics. Absolutely love this place and it will be my preferred nail salon from now on! more ... less ...

So I decided to try Tracy’s because it is close to home. I normally drive to Alexandria to get my nails done. I actually went to my nail salon and everyone was out with Covid and so I tried Tracy’s. I actually went to my nail salon and everyone was out with Covid and so I tried Tracy’s. I walk in and tell the lady once I sit down it was my first time there!! First of all, the price I paid was more than what I usually pay at my place. I normally get the top notch pedi with gel and a manicure with gel. She gave me a basic pedi with gel and a mani with gel. She did not even offer a different pedicure. Seemed she was all about getting me in and out and they were not even busy. My nails started breaking and chipping after a couple days. Gel is not supposed to chip. I’m a stay at home wife, I’m not rough with my hands. All in all very disappointed with my services and they need to step their game up!
