HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Came in for a pedicure and a new full set of dip. My pedicure was fine but they made me sit through my whole pedicure with my hands soaking in a bowl of watered down acetone. I tried telling HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I tried telling them it’s not coming off and they IGNORED me. Then I told her I’m not sure if I have dip or acrylic on my nails and she’s making it known to everyone how annoyed she is. She’s rushing hurting me while pulling the acrylics off my nails and BREAKING my real nails while doing so. Then tells me to pick a color but has an attitude and SNATCHES my hand. I told her I will go somewhere else and left like this cause I just couldn’t take anymore of her rudeness. I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE HERE AGAIN. On top of that they have horrible color selection and the last time I came, the same lady did my nails and left my nail looking woped and I asked her to fix it and she ignored me. First the wait was soooo long & only me , my mom , my sister , & another lady was there .. they other lady got her nails done by the same woman who did mines .. 1. the nail lady didn’t listen to anything the woman w First the wait was soooo long & only me , my mom , my sister , & another lady was there .. they other lady got her nails done by the same woman who did mines .. 1. the nail lady didn’t listen to anything the woman wanted.. 2. the costumer told her that she wanted round nails and not square .. then the nail lady said square was easier for her so that’s why she did them .. then proceeded to file the lady’s nails all the way down .. 3. the costumer then asked for a manicure because the nail lady was literally so rough with her hands .. the nail lady said that she didn’t need one and that her hands would be ok .. then when it was time to do my nails .. we had already paid before hand .. ii told her the length ii wanted she said told me .. that she was too tired because he 62 and is not gonna do the length ii wanted .. so my sister walked over and asked what the problem was and she said tell my sister we would have to pay first $5 extra then said $10 extra .. at this point we had already been there for almost 3 hours & we were just trying to get our nails done and go .. so we told her don’t worry about it and just do what she could do .. then she continued to talk about how she was so tired .. there was also glue all over my hands .. the nails where all different lengths .. after the next 2 days after we left my hands were burning and bumps and studs were forming around them .. and then ii took the nails off there was glue on the nail suck to my which ripped the skin around my nails off .. overall the place and tools there used were not clean .. they had nasty attitudes and we would be not going again .. * note ii get my nails done all the time it was my first time at this place .. and ii have never had a experience like this .. my hands are currently still healing . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! more ... less ...

It was a nice and clean environment. My wait was not too long. The young man that completed my pedicure was really nice. The older guy was not rude but was a slight bit unprofessional. Ive been a client of Elegant Nails for many years now and I thought it was high time I review their service. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the manicures or pedicures I have received. I am always welc Ive been a client of Elegant Nails for many years now and I thought it was high time I review their service. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the manicures or pedicures I have received. I am always welcomed warmly and attended to promptly. They have begun making appointments which I really appreciate, but still do attend to walk-in customers. I typically get the manicure with the shellac polish (American Tip to be precise and it is beautiful!) and the spa pedicure. They take care to apply the polish in a way to help it last longer which is a great benefit. I have never been cut here while they are trimming my cuticles and that was FREQUENTLY an issue for me at other salons! The ladies here are always friendly and can carry on lively conversations, but at the same time are sensitive to my mood and seem to know when I just need to have some time to just be quiet and still. I so appreciate the excellent quality of their work and the fact that this is a family owned, managed and staffed business. more ... less ...

I’ve been going here for about 2 years. They have wonderful customer service. They’ve done wonderfully with customers since the pandemic by reducing customer volume and taking other safety measures.
