Poor service This was my first time here and last time I got a pedicure and was very upset my feet wasn’t done right the bottom of my feet felt like I didn’t even get a pedicure done. The water was so hot. The water was so hot. He didn’t even try to get the dead skin off. I felt my feet after he polished them and they was rough like when I walked in.\nThen I tell him about he and he so called try to fix it without water or anything and my feet are still rough on my heel as it was whenever I walked in. I paid $60.00 for me and my daughter they didn’t try to discount mines or anything. I will never ever go back so disappointed.\nI left them went to other nail shop and spent my money there for me and my 2 girls more ... less ...

I usually go to the nail shop in the strip mall but had no time to run to that side of town. So I went here because it was closer. NEVER AGAIN. I will never be back here and would not recommend anyone to go here. The owner is very rude. I showed her the picture of what I wanted. She the snatched the color card from my hand and said I will choose for you you taking to long. I said just forget it. If you want a rushed and cheap child like pedicure this the place. Terrible job all the way around. Would not recommend. Two other people were having the same issues as I with other techs while I was there as well.

I love Maria, Ken, and Hannah! You go here and they treat you how you should be treated. You will not regret spending your money here. I’ve been to other places in Slidell and this is the best place. I chose to get my nails done at Minas about a month ago.The salon information was on Google and I really wanted to get my nails done closer to my home in MS the was open at the time I was available for an appointment. Mi I chose to get my nails done at Minas about a month ago.The salon information was on Google and I really wanted to get my nails done closer to my home in MS the was open at the time I was available for an appointment. Mina and two other technicians were busy with customers when I arrived. They were very gentle, kind, and supportive. I had no idea when they closed and their way of speeding up the process was professional and compassionate. My nails have grown out well and look amazing today and Im a week late getting them done. I had two acrylic extensions added to broken nails. I dont prefer acrylic at all, however the nails survived and the shine never dulled. There are no cracks or broken nails on my hands or feet. I HIGHLY recommend Minas for their work and the spirit which they do the work with! more ... less ...

Terrible and unreasonable prices. On the sign it says $25 for a full set. One of the workers asked me what length I wanted, and I usually get a medium length. Very unprofessional for the sign to say a much lower price, then it sky rocket $55 simply because I wanted a medium length. Save your money. There’s way better and cheaper nail salons in Slidell and no wonder why their salon was empty when I walked in on a Saturday. more ... less ...
