Find best hair and nail salon in West Monroe , LA

Would not recommend to anyone. Waited 30-45 minutes before even being seen. Finally got seen for a manicure and the lady took the dead skin off already before asking what I wanted. Then the lady told me she can’t do Would not recommend to anyone. Waited 30-45 minutes before even being seen. Finally got seen for a manicure and the lady took the dead skin off already before asking what I wanted. Then the lady told me she can’t do Acrylics because she doesn’t know how therefore she moved onto my sister’s nails. I then waited for an additional 35 minutes after they asked me to move chairs twice for someone else to do them. While I’m waiting i looked at my nails and I realized there’s still dead skin. And finally asked for my ticket for the work of the dead skin off. She questioned why I wanted to leave and I told her what she did and the owner then filed 3 of my 10 nails and put cuticle solution on and charged me for a manicure and not just cuticle clipping. Other workers did my sisters manicures and she asked for round shape but instead received square. She rushed through hers. Rushed so fast that she got nail polish all over her arms even after she was done doing the nails and didn’t clean them up more ... less ...

The vibe is laid back , friendly nail technician , clean establishment, temperature inside is nice and cool for us ladies 35 and counting! It was nice to see them pull the instruments out of the sterilizer. The dipped nails are great. Lots of colors. The atmosphere was nice but it took a while to get nails done because not enough workers. My nails could have been smoothed out better. Might go back again when its not so busy for better results

Susan does a good job, but she is not punctual!! I had a 9:00AM appointment and she did not get to the salon until 9:25. I waited in the cold!
