For the front staff, Bri and Nicole are awesome, always super helpful, nice, and kind. I like asking for help and scheduling appointments in-person versus on the phone. Management can do better with training new staff via over-the-phone experiences and service because there have been times I called and reached various new staff who were not as helpful and frazzled and ended up putting me on hold for another person to help anyways. more ... less ...

I walked in the lady Jen was ignorant. She whipping my hands around rushing. She told me a refill w/ 2 broken nails & gel would be $55.00. I said okay, she continued talking about me which brought half the workers over to look at my nails, that they had also done 3 weeks ago & they were telling me they never did. I give her my card and she runs away i get the total on the receipt $65.00. I said “you said 55.00 not 65.00” she said i said 65.00 because you have two broken nails. Not only did she lie to me, she was rushing she made me bleed on 3 different nails, she was talking about me to the others. Overall worst service I have EVER had at a nail salon & will NEVER be going back! more ... less ...

Both myself and my partner had one of our nails fall off after just week of getting them done. Nancy is great. Make an appointment with her if you go.\n\nI give this place 3 stars because I dont see them do any cleaning in between clients. Dust everywhere at the table. I dont have the best of luck with nail salons especially the ones around Brockton, but seeing as theyre night recommended by both google and word of mouth I thought \"why not\".... Let me just tell you that Thu (not quite sure of the spelling) pushed all the uncertainty aside. She was social and she took her time. The eyebrows were a plus too! Would I go back? Yup! It was my first time using this place. I went for a refill and pedicure on a Saturday afternoon, by Sunday morning, my nails had white residues all over them and they looked like I had them for over 2-3 weeks (See pictur It was my first time using this place. Even my toes started chipping in just 2 days. I was shocked! In my many years of doing my nails, Ive never experienced something like this. While I was getting my nails done another customer complained about the bad quality of the nail polish, so I believe they are either tampering with the polish or using really cheap ones. Although the price is good, I wouldnt recommend them because your nails will look rough after just a few hours! more ... less ...

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff that man handled me during my pedicure and then refused to do my cuticles on my full set. The nail tech was sucking her teeth and sighing while doing my nails and eventually If I could give zero stars I would. Ended up getting the tips soaked off and canceling the rest of the services I wanted. My nails looked worse than when I came in. Would not recommend coming here unless you want unfriendly staff and to be disrespected by management over a normal nail salon request. more ... less ...

I WAS a loyal customer since they opened. My only problem with them is the way they made appointments. If I make an appointment for 930 I EXPECT to be seen no later than 935. I had the worst experience at the nail salon … first of all this nail salon it’s very dirty ! The guy that was doing my nail used the same nail file that he used on himself on my nails , which they are not supp I had the worst experience at the nail salon … first of all this nail salon it’s very dirty ! The guy that was doing my nail used the same nail file that he used on himself on my nails , which they are not supposed to do ! They never clean ! It’s full of dust everywhere! The nail service was super bad , when it came to my nails they were super bulky and as you can see very ugly .He also charge me for this awful nail set and refuses to take them down for free, in process of taking my nails out he tried to lift those awful acrylic nails with another acrylic nails which again they are not supposed to do so bc it will damaged your natural nails . I would not recommend! Do not go there ! Since I can’t reply to your comment- ( Yes I’m telling the true , you wanted to blame the nail polish which has nothing with the nail shapes , it’s awful if you seeing this ..trust me don’t go here !
