1 week ago I visited fashion nails for the first time, I was walking in the door a few minutes before they closed I asked for a pedicure but I reality also wanted a manicure, the girls welcomed me and did not rush thru t 1 week ago I visited fashion nails for the first time, I was walking in the door a few minutes before they closed I asked for a pedicure but I reality also wanted a manicure, the girls welcomed me and did not rush thru the process, to me customer service is very very important because a lot of business lack in this area nowadays, and forget the customer is in control of their business success. The lady was very nice and did an awesome job, my nails still look good 1 week later and that’s even when I’m rugged mom, always putting my hands in my garden, changing diapers, washing dishes and scrubbing this and that. Any ways as she was finishing I asked what time they opened the following day and she asked why so I told her I’d come back to do my manicure. Well she said not to worry and I walked out a happy customer with hands and feet done. I would definitely recommend them. more ... less ...

They did a good job in the past, but poor customer service and time management. I had an 11:30am appointment and they told me to \"wait a little while\" when I arrived. After 40 minutes of waiting, they still hadnt take They did a good job in the past, but poor customer service and time management. After 40 minutes of waiting, they still hadnt taken me and I had to leave because I had other obligations that day. They called me 5 minutes later and said they could take me, and I explained that it was poor customer service to make someone who has an appointment wait that long and I had other plans that day. I could understand waiting 15 even 20 minutes, but my time is valuable. I scheduled an appointment, i wasnt a walk-in, and I didnt have all day to be at the salon. I cant rely on that kind of service and will be finding a different salon. more ... less ...
