I always enjoy getting my pedicures here. The staff is warm and kind. They do a good job and they work very hard to make a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for their clients. I walked into Pursue Wellness accompanied by my Fiancée since I couldnâ My first BioMat experience was something I will never forget and I want to share with those suffering from Lyme and it’s many complexities. I walked into Pursue Wellness accompanied by my Fiancée since I couldn’t drive myself. I was having uncontrollable tremors, stuttering my speech, and agonizing pain. Jean and Cindy were absolutely amazing and so professional. I was assisted into the BioMat room. Honestly, within 10-15min, I felt at peace. My tremors stopped and I could feel the energy circulating throughout. The warmth of the mat and the soothing atmosphere put me to sleep. I would be a spokeswoman for this Wellness Center. I highly recommend Pursue Wellness, it won’t disappoint. The care of Cindy and her staff are far above any facility I have encountered. Typically, I’ve always had a great experience here. And today, I am so upset and uncomfortable that I needed to leave a review. I have been getting the dip powder on my nails for months, at other salons too and they Typically, I’ve always had a great experience here. And today, I am so upset and uncomfortable that I needed to leave a review. I have been getting the dip powder on my nails for months, at other salons too and they have always been soaked in acetone and taken off with the cuticle scraper, never filed down w the electric filer, which is exactly what happened today. Rather than take the extra time to take off my dip without damaging my nails, the nail tech kept filing and filing them down until I said “ow that hurts” to which the tech did or said NOTHING. I told her just to finish manicuring my nails and not to put on the dip. And as a result, my nails are paper thin and BENDING. And what is most uncomfortable is that my hands hurt. I have little to no nail left! She took it all off. I think what is so upsetting is that she pretended that nothing was wrong, no accountability, no I’m sorry, no let me fix it. Just be aware: ask for them to scrape off the gel or dip, not file. more ... less ...
