Lol.. I didn’t even get my nails done the service was horrible .. I walked in.. they didn’t assist me .. it was my first time coming to them and he just said go pick a color and went to the back I was so confus Lol.. I had a photo I wanted to show them so they could do it for me .. that’s why I feel like the should have assisted me and talked to me before just telling me to pick out nail polish .. Didnt speak about price or anything so I looked around cause I was confused and couldn’t pic out a nail polish cause I didn’t know what kind to pic out for the nail art I wanted .. the lady looked at me and I told her here’s what I want .. she raised her voice and said .. WAIT AND SIT DOWN FOR FIVE MINUTES.. like they didn’t just tell me to pick out a color … not even five minutes into there I left… learn how to assist ur customers and learn how to better ur service .. horrible place more ... less ...

My face feels hydrated, refreshed and healthy!\n\nThe message was also amazing. I knew my back was tight but I had no idea how much I needed a massage! If you are feeling tense, do yourself a favor and go see Audrey! She could tell exactly where I needed pressure. I never mentioned that I had discomfort in my left knee, but she felt it immediately and knew how to work on it. I have had deep tissue massages that have been pretty painful, and light easy massages that I felt did nothing— Audrey was perfect. She makes the experience relaxing while also really getting in there and working out the knots.\n\nI also appreciate the cautions they are taking at Glow. I was asked to wash my hands upon entering. Was in from out of town chose this nail salon according to ratings online. Took the drive from Westport got here about 4:10p only for a man to tell me he couldn’t give me a mani & pedi, he expressed to me they aren Was in from out of town chose this nail salon according to ratings online. As I watched one customer in nail salon getting her nails done, I explained I am from out of town so I won’t have another time to come back can you just give me a manicure only, he said no we aren’t doing nails right now. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the response and unwillingness to accommodate a customer from out of the state, if I could give a negative number for customer service I would give this business a -5. To add to the experience their business shows open until 6p, open sign on, and another customer walked in after my business was turned away. I found this nail salon online the ratings was 4.4 I don’t see how! more ... less ...

I love coming here with my mom and sister. They always take care of us appointment or not. We have never left unsatisfied. Due to washing my hands constantly at work some times my gel likes to peel off a week in and they I love coming here with my mom and sister. They always take care of us appointment or not. I have been going to Lisa for awhile now more then 4-5 years now and she does a great job! And believe me when I finally get to her she’s got her work cut out for her that’s for sure!! Went in on a whim while visiting MA and my nails are hideous. Asked for natural shape nails and used my pinky finger as a guide and I have 10 different nail shapes. The person who did my nails was working so fast and my cuticles are flooded with product. Had to whip out my cuticle nippers when I got in to clean them up. Also had to file them myself so I can have all 10 nails the same shape.\nI chose a color and asked for my ring fingers to be a silver glitter. She said ok and didn’t bother to do them in glitter. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise to let her know. She spent almost the entire time I was there on FaceTime with her child. $35 later, I still need a real manicure. more ... less ...
