Been going for years now -- Julie always does a great job with my hair but her strong personality is not for the faint of heart. Very poor quality for the amount of time I was there. Havent gotten acrylics in 15 years, only did it for my birthday photoshoot. They came out bulky looking, and didnt cut my cuticles so after 2 days looked horrible.

I honestly had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and professional! They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The quality of my manicure and pedicure was also excellent! Great service, quality top products and had the best pedicure so i understand the higher prices. i was really excited to get my nails done here as i had heard great things from my sister who frequents. except, when i arrived there was a long wait to get my pedicure as they did not have enough people on staff. if i h i was really excited to get my nails done here as i had heard great things from my sister who frequents. except, when i arrived there was a long wait to get my pedicure as they did not have enough people on staff. if i had been notified of this before hand (for example, when i called in advance to let them know i was on the way) i wouldn’t have decided to attend the appointment.\nthen, the woman who did my toes mutilated the sides of my big toenails and left me with pain when i walk. additionally, some of the gel polish wasn’t cured thoroughly and proceeded to leak out of a pocket of the polish! it’s really poor workmanship and no one else i have ever gone to would have left me with such sharp edges of the nails digging into my toe.\nfinally, when doing my manicure the woman was rushing and making a huge mess, which led to her needing to redo one of my fingers multiple times due to messing it up on the still wet polish or being too thick and obnoxiously uneven.\nin the end the results were satisfactory, but i am sad to say the whole experience was disappointing and it’s really unacceptable that i have been left with such a poor job done in regards to my toes (which i had specifically left alone in hopes that a PROFESSIONAL would be able to clean them up without lasting pain). more ... less ...

Do yourself a favor and go to this place! They are so professional and gentle. They are perfectionist and will do everything to make sure you enjoy your service. I visited this place 2 days ago my beautiful nails but the girl who gave me the pedicure was wonderful I feel great even though I dont speak English thanks for everything I will surely come back

I would love to give this place a big fat 0. Its only set up to rate it no less than one. Technically I am giving it no stars. He told us it would be a 30 min. wait. My friend decided we were not going to give him our business with his nasty and unprofessional attitude. We left. I had to go back in to let him know that he was rude to us and his behavior was unacceptable. He ask me to leave..which I had no problem doing so. I told him he would never get my business ever. Besides, this establishment is so antiquated..and needs to be remodeled. If youre looking for a nice, clean, and relaxing environment this is NOT the place to go.
