I went here twice the first time wasn’t bad but the second time I went was absolutely awful. Me and my friend went early in the morning right as they open because we had work close to 12 we were thinking since we go I went here twice the first time wasn’t bad but the second time I went was absolutely awful. Me and my friend went early in the morning right as they open because we had work close to 12 we were thinking since we got there at 9:45 they would have plenty of time to do our nails that was so wrong. We got there, they sat us in there chairs right away, as time went on we waited, we thought right after they were done with the client they were on that they were gonna come to us next that was so wrong they continued to take more people before us when we had came in first. This time while we waited for so long I noticed so much about the cleanliness THEY CLEAN NOTHING! They reuse nail files and tools without cleaning them absolutely disgusting and this can cause so much harm to peoples nails this can cause fungus and infection. I watched her pass from person to person using the same nail file they even used a nail file that they were using on someone’s feet and tried using it on me. After waiting 2 hours as they kept taking people before me and my friend we were just gonna leave but we had already been waiting so long. When they finally got to us they did such a rush job my nails came out looking okay but it’s that fact that they aren’t clean at all and it is such bad customer service. Please never go here unless you want to wait 3 hours before getting your nails done and possibly end up with a infection. more ... less ...
